I live in Orkney which is a veeeeery long way from Imaginfires in London, but my Breedon stove arrived in 4 days. Fantastically well packed in plywood, 10 minutes to set up and quite hypnotically beautiful to watch. I was a bit worried about the slightly unpleasant smell, but that seems to be just the stove paint hardening and disappeared after a few days. We've always had multifuel stoves, but I'm genuinely impressed by my new fire. So much less work than a woodburner but still with that lovely cosy feeling.

Quick deliveryband decent product quality of our recent purchase of Bioethanol fire
But the smell is not disappearing and how difficult it could be to include technology a remote control to lower the flame size

The first I fire I ordered came extremely well packaged so imagine my surprise when the top of the fire was bent. I was offered £150 discount but wanted a replacement fire which is satisfactory.
I also complained about the freight company used to return the fire, I waited all day for collection between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, and no collection. I contacted the freight firm and was told that there was no guarantee of collection on the arranged and confirmed date and that the driver couldn’t find my address. I reported this back to Imaginfires and suggest they give their business to a more reliable firm as it reflects badly on them.

Delivery was quicker than expected but one item was missing from my order which after allowing the 48 hours I still had to chase.

Perfect solution for our small fireplace. We have a small snug that needed a focal point and a cosy fire. The fireplace we chose is perfect, gives enough heat for the size of the room with a radiator as well and the fluid last about 3 hours so enough for an evening. The fireplace cools down quickly so can be topped up again if needed. With Bio Ethanol being such a clean fuel we're doing our bit for the environment too!

Absolutely delighted with my Ledbury log burner. Fits my fireplace perfectly and I was really surprised how much heat it produces.
One bottle of liquid fuel lasts for an evening and takes the chill off and it’s so comforting to see real flames.

Both fires arrived on time, slight problem with one of them but quickly resolved.
The fires are excellent.

I've had two wonderful bioethanol fires from this company and they are really good company. The forest arrived really quickly and were packaged really well so no breakages. Have recommended to friends and family.

We love our new Biofuel fire grate. We were initially very unsure about biofuel but have found it to be exactly as advertised. Gives a warm glow on a winters evening and a focal point in our living room. We are impressed

Service excellent however the product is lacking. We basically have a round black drum with a slot for the bioethanol container, had to pay extra to have some fake coal (£25 for 12) and considering how much you pay for the fire assembly alone, I think it's a little disappointing.
Tried to adjust the glass retainer so the glass is vertical but the quality isn't there as it sits lob sided.
On a separate note, they are not cheap to run at ~£2.80 for a 1 litre bottle which last approx 3.5 hours
On a plus side, the wife likes it as it pumps out some heat, give a real flame and nice ambience.
