I am sorry to mark this company down as most of the staff are friendly and helpful but.

After a very long day I felt I needed an afternoon drink. They had run out of aperol so I thought I would have the drink the waiter had suggested at lunch. I could not remember the name but I explained to the sullen bartender as best I could. He insisted he didn't understand and kept offering me soft drinks. Then when I had gone to reception to get help they tell me he had made exactly what I had wanted.

I found this exchange very annoying to say the least and sadly that is what I will remember this hotel for.

The review is for hotel Ilunion Almirante Barcelona. Hotel for thieves, managed by the most incompetent and rude managers!
Stay away from this business!!!!

They are supposed to be a reputable company who specialise in helping with disability and sustainability. In practice they are a bunch of unscrupulous robbers who have mercilessly ripped off their faithful timeshare owner partners and have lied and lied whilst doing it.

Despicable, amoral, underhand, unlawful treatment of timeshare owners in Costa Sal Lanzarote since they bought the hotel. Disgraceful
