late delivery
I gave an urgent order because it's written that the order would be delivered one day later, if the order has been given before 22:00pm. I gave my order before 22:00 but they delayed the delivery. It was super urgent order and I am in really difficult situation.

Good products, disappointed with delivery
Good range of products, helpful choice for age range. However, the delivery time listed sadly didn't match reality (off by 2 days). If I'd have known that upfront I would have chosen differently, as it was now delivered late for a birthday.
