Poor quality and poorly made
I purchased a trouser co-ord set via the Boohoo website. I was initially pleased with the set but I have only worn the trousers a couple of times and the stitching on the contrast stripe has already come away and upon closer inspection the stitching along the trousers in general is really poor quality. I wouldn’t purchase this brand again as I believe their clothing is over priced for such poorly made items.

BEWARE!! Terrible quality/faulty items and still no refund after waiting 20 days since return!
Bought 3 pairs of shoes through Boohoo, they used IKRUSH to supply and deliver my order. One pair was faulty receiving two different coloured pair of shoes in one box, all shoes were of terrible quality and looked like they would fall apart in about 5 minutes. I returned the whole order straight away as per instructions from IKRUSH. They have had my return totalling £58.98 since the 29th of April I have still not received my refund even after Boohoo has chased them. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. If you don’t want to receive sub standard goods and then have them try to keep your money I would avoid IKRUSH at all costs! Where is my refund IKRUSH, I’m pretty sure this breaking the law and customer rights act!!?? I would show all photographic evidence but there is no option up upload the photos.

Chasing a Refund
I purchased a pair of boots through Debenhams and was not aware that in order to get a refund it would be the seller i went through rather than Debenhams. Anyway, I sent this back to Ikrush and had no communication from them. I then asked for for details and they just said they had not had chance to scan the item yet and that i should send them proof of the tracking. I sent the Royal Mail proof and was told they were very busy and that it would be soon. I then sent a further email with my rights as a consumer which they replied they had longer to which i was sent another email to say they had exceeded this because it was not working days. Anyways after lots of back and froth with the company i do have a refund for this but i would not recommend getting anything from them as was a nightmare and not worth the hassel of having to chase my own money

Awful for refunds
I have returned 2 items to Ikrush and everytime I have to send constant emails for my refund.

I placed two orders on this website, and I absolutely do not recommend this company. I returned one order because the shoes were too small, and I have still not received a refund after more than 30 days. Customer service keeps replying that my refund is “in progress.”
The second order, which I kept, is completely unwearable after 30 days. The shoes are destroyed — after three weeks the sole cracked on both shoes, and the sides started coming apart. The inside of the shoes is also in terrible condition. I wrote to customer service, and they responded that they cannot accept any type of complaint because the shoes are damaged, even though I contacted them specifically about the damage, which should not occur after such a short period of normal use.
