Excellent product, exactly as described and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. We ordered our bands with despatch in 2 to 3 days but unfortunately they weren't going to get here before my event.. After a quick phone call on the Monday before hand the employee was able to expedite the order and push it through a bit faster at no extra cost which I offered to pay but they were happy enough to help me out which meant they went above and beyond. I've used this company in the past and I was happy back then also... The only down side I have is that over the year they seem to have updated their site and removed some default patterns for the wristband base... Still... Excellent website, easy to use and reasonable prices

The customer service is awful. You can barely hear the person on the phone. This was my experience two different times. Both times, the customer service rep was not very nice either. I won’t say rude, but they definitely were not pleasant to talk to. My experience beyond that was more of just an inconvenience that seemed like it should have been more easily resolved. I needed to change the payment source after the order was place because I accidentally charged my personal credit card rather than the company credit card. I was told that because the order had already gone to production that this would not be possible. Obviously, the ability to change the payment option exists so this must just be a company policy-and it’s a stupid one. Just overall not a great experience. The bracelets at least look okay.

Poor and slow to respond, They couldn't simply repeat an order placed a few months previously, then they charge MORE than the online price, ended up purchasing online anyway, and then they responded saying they could BEAT the price.... when I said i'd already ordered, they didn't offer any discount, and THEN their courier company didn't deliver on time, and i'm STILL over a month later waiting for a refund!

Great wristbands, exactly what I was after. Very durable, the adult bands fit nicely on the kids too without any risk of coming off. Would recommend!

Great quality products at a good price. Nice web interface to create your own design in their product range.

Quick artwork review and wristbands arrived on time. Make sure your artwork is a little more conservative than their template though, in person my design is a little under the connector even though it was in the clear on the template.

Very good experience especially with customer service Miss Marcy Butler. She was awesome to work with. When our initial order was not quite right, she made sure it was fixed promptly. 1st time using the bands. Hope to order more. Thanks Marcy! The bands look and work great!

Made a couple of wristbands for our festival at School. Was very popular and super useful to maintain crowds

Company responded quickly to our questions and requests and were able to produce the product as required. Will definitely use again in the future.

Easy to use website allowing us to put on our print. Helpful on the phone, and a very quick turnaround and delivery time after ordering on line.

ordered red stripe wrist bands got red solid. Made a further order of some green stripe to compensate as I already had some green stripe. Delivery deferred not once but twice and eventually arrived when I needed to be away. Product does what it needs to do. Obtaining the product has been erratic this year.

My order was incorrect, (Missing the QR code)

Spoke to customer services and they said they would send out the correct order.

The above I understand and was happy with the order being sorted and deliveried.

However this replacement order never arrivied, and when customer services where contacted I was told I would get a phone call back about the status. I never did. Still waiting.....

Payed extra for rushed shipping and the item did not arrive in time for our event. Very disappointing. We had to purchase unbranded items at the last minute to replace them. We appreciate that ID&C refunded us for the shipping costs given that they did not arrive in time.

Wristbands were ordered. Delivery address was provided. Instead of sending to my address, they ID&C sent and email to confirm my address, which ended up in a spam inbox somehow. As a result, wristbands could not be produced and order had to be cancelled. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is that the refund arrived promptly. I have ordered numerous times in the past from Liam, who handled everything with urgency and proficiency. Rob is our new POC and although polite, he just funnelled me to an online sale, with a minor discount as opposed to closing the sale. I was forced to source from another supplier urgently at last minute rates. This whole experience will result in us exploring alternative suppliers for future procurement and for us to work with ID&C again, we would need a really big motivator.

The wristbands came out amazing, such good customer service with these amazing people and they were a big part of my birthday completion :)

The quality of the product was 5 star but the customer service with followup questions was poor, to the point they just ignored me.
