Imran has been great with assisting in the ilr application and made the process seem really easy, taking documents to the appointment has been stressful for us the last two visa applications and this time Imran offered to upload those free of charge which we are grateful for. We have used ICS for the spouse entry, leave to remain and ilr visas and will recommend to friends and family as they take on all the stress of the process.

I had a terrible experience with ICS Legal. Their "HybridCMS" portal failed to receive the 20+ documents I uploaded, and their solution was for me to send dozens of manual emails. Before this, they tried to charge me £240 just to answer a basic question about dual passports which I eventually fixed myself.
I had to cancel their service and complete my ILR application alone. Despite the fact that they provided no actual legal work and their systems failed, they did not refund my deposit of £412.50. They are quick to take your money but go silent when things go wrong.

ICS Legal is an excellent agency to help you with obtaining a British passport. The process was smooth, and the team supported me throughout the entire application, answering all my questions whenever I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend this agency and would choose them again if I needed to.

DESPITE what trustpilot thinks, what I write IS TRUE and supported by a Report Fraud Police statement (which I sent them as well)

ICS legal took 750£ 1 year ago and did basically nothing because only later they told me I needed to wait 5+1 year of living in UK for citizenship. Now, as the time has come, they want 375£ more...
I call this "cheating", and this was not what we agreed at the beginning. I don't know who deleted their previous application but they knew they should have waited.

(I knew that maphia in italy defends the "bad" "powerful" ones, nonetheless I won't back down ;) in ANY country!)

My native language is Persian,but I didn't have a translator,and the lawyer who was speaking _i didn't understand at all what they said because I didn't have a translator

Following my previous review, I took a look at other people's review and either the Immigration applications are not so complicated (and indeed the guidelines are quite straightforward) hence their "help" is basically pointless, or those reviews are fake.

In my case, besides being asked for more money for no reason or their own fault (which thing I'm reporting to Trading standards and more), I also found out that the only reason why I asked them for support was the need for a "qualified referee" - but now I know that I would need it all the same...
