Items I received are fine, customer service though, not so good

Items I received is fine, but there is an issue with one of them. Tried getting in contact with Ickle Bubba but unable to find a contact number. Having to deal with 1 email per day from them to attempt to sort it. tried WhatsApp, getting no response.

Good travel set

Good travel set. However the chaging bag that was supposed to come along with the set as advertised was missing in the package.

Missing items

Bought a bundle that we were excited to receive as we are expecting twins. However not everything arrived.

The process of having to try and contact any form of customer service is poor.

To this day still no email response.

Had to try various days to on their WhatsApp chat. They did send what was missing.

However…when opening up the car seat a few days later…the adapters were missing…

Wouldn’t bother

Great customer service received

My issue was dealt with my Francesca, Lahara and Tyler who were all incredibly helpful with solving my problem. I ordered a pram bundle in July 2025 and have recently discovered that one of the items was missing. All of the Ickle Bubba team worked to solve my issue by sending a replacement which was incredibly kind as the warranty window had passed. Thank you all very much for your kindness!

Absolutely LOVE it and would definitely recommend Ickle Bubba!

My friend showed me a picture of the pushchair I got. When I saw it I fell in love with it and just had to get it. It was an amazing price. My 10 month old son loves it. It is really lightweight, comes with everything you need and more, folds up well, and is small in size so doesn't take up too much space. It was also very easy to set up. Not a single fault with customer service, delivery or my sons pushchair. I would absolutely buy from Ickle Bubba again and I would definitely recommend their products based off my experience. LOVE IT!!!

Worst experience

Worst experience , i placed an order on 31st Mar, Order status shows will be delivered by 1st April, and its 7th April today and the tracking number provided in the order is wrong. No customer care contact number. They have whatsapp chat service and I am waiting in chat for the agent no body respond , I now feel its a scam.

Very reasonable price,well made and…

Very reasonable price,well made and easy to put up with one hand . The surface material of the seat is padded and seems a tough washable surface. Overall very good.

Unfortunately this makes it look grey but the product is great so didn’t matter for us.

It’s a shame

It’s a shame. The product itself is great but getting it was a massive pain. I ordered a buggy and was sent a highchair. When I contacted, expecting lots of apologies and for it to be clear what I’d been sent, by mistake, from the records, I was asked to provide proof and told there was no record of what had actually been sent to me. I refused delivery because I didn’t want to be left with a big item that needed sending back. I had an unnecessary and overly complicated conversation with customer care (on WhatsApp when I’d have rather been able to call) asking me for photos of an item I didn’t have. When I suggested I get a free carrier bag as an apology for the mess up, I was told I couldn’t have one but was offered an upgrade to include extra items I didn’t want. When I said this I was reluctantly told I could have the bag. The new invoice sent to me did not include the bag and when I had to arrange to work from home to be in to receive the correct item 2 days later (I had been off work for the original delivery), I didn’t get a bag. There has been no contact to say it is on its way. I would have bought other items but the experience has put me off completely.

Update regarding your response. No there was no carry bag in the box. There was a rain cover (which it was meant to come with) and a parasol.
