100% SATISFACTION
Fantastic. Arrived so quickly AND came in an excellent selection of mixed bills. I ordered from another company previously and despite "selecting" for mixed notes, only received large denominations. ICE for me, from now on. Exchange rate really good too. I reckon, they just can't be beaten.

Next day delivery - as usual - with unbeatable exchange rates.
Only comment I would make - and it is not ICE's fault - the last two orders I received during the current pandemic, 3 items and 2 items containing thousands of pounds worth of currency, were just pushed through letterbox to sit behind the door.
Fortunately, the amounts I ordered were there in full.

Royal Mail are currently minimising contact during delivery so they are not handing over the hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. However they should be ensuring there is somebody in at the address to accept the package so we will raise this with Royal Mail.

Fantastic service and rates
I needed currency quickly, looked online and ICE had the best rates and best delivery times. Received a phone call to double check order, and received money the day after. Fantastic service and will definitely use again.

Used ICE for home delivery for the first time…
I always use ICE for my holiday money exchange. I usually use one of the London Branches but these are currently closed so I used the home delivery service for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that the cash arrived as per the instructions without any issue between xmas and new years eve. I would use the service again.

We are sorry your order didn't arrive. Unfortunately it was lost by Royal Mail, which is very rare, and we provide you with a full refund once they had confirmed this.
Your order was dispatched placed and dispatched on Wednesday 25th November, you contacted us to advise your order hadn't arrive on Thursday 26th as expected. We advised you we would need to investigate this with Royal Mail and would be in touch as soon they updated us. On Tuesday 1st December they confirmed your order was lost and we request your bank details to make the refund. You sent them to us on Wednesday 2nd December and on Thursday 3rd December we made a same day refund to yourself.
We're sorry you didn't have the best experience with us on this occasion and hope this will not put you off using our services again in the future.
