What can I say, I wish I`d used these guys to sell our house.

Working with Drew has been an amazing experience. He has been prompt, kind, and sincere in his desire to make the renting process easy and stress-free from the start. There has always been prompt and clear communication. From a facilities perspective, living on the property was effortless because maintenance issues were swiftly resolved.

Howkins & Harrison have been nothing but amazing whilst my wife and I have been looking for our next home and have provided us with a lot of options in our price range.

Nicole Ashden has been such a joy to work with! From the moment she showed me my flat, to a year later, she has helped me to navigate all the tricky bits of renting. I was so nervous as this was my first time renting alone, and I didn't know what to do or how to address some issues and she was very responsive and supportive. Nicole is clearly very good at her job and I'd recommend her to anyone! If I haven't said it enough, thank you Nicole! And thank you for enforcing my "no shoes in the house" rule with all the contractors who come in and out of the flat :)
