It was very easy to add our villa 5 yrs ago. This week is turns out it’s worth being patient with our first booking!
I admit some of the behind the scenes tasks aren’t as straightforward, but we’ll persevere!!

Houfy is great and really easy to do
Houfy is great and really easy to do. The ONLY reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because there's no marketing to promote the fact that the properties are bookable with no platform commission. With some SEO tweaks (the google listing doesn't state "no commission fees!" so there's no reason to go there versus the other platforms) it would definitely be a much valued booking platform.
We've been on houfy for at least a year but got our first (advanced) booking in the last week so hopefully this is a taste of bookings to come!

Houfy was great in that I could book…
Houfy was great in that I could book directly, save a service fee, and receive quick communication from the owner of the property. I would give it 5 stars except the link to pay for the holiday reservation was not working. I messaged the owner of the property and he sent me a new link, which worked immediately. Other than that, houfy was great and I will use it again. It was not as expensive to rent as it was on VRBO and Airbnb. I will try Houfy first from now on.

First time user but won't be the last
This was the first time I had used Houfy and it won't be the last. They are very transparent in their costing model and do not make you feel you are being ripped off. They had a great selection of properties in the area I was looking at and the website is very easy to use.

Fair vacation rental pricing
I greatly appreciate having Houfy as an option. Fees have become too high on Airbnb and VRBO, making vacation rentals unaffordable. I would rather my money go to the owners than corporations.

First time using this company. Found it rather cumbersome. Didn't like having to upload a picture of myself and my driver's license after the fact. Felt like there were too many hoops to jump through compared to renting with other companies I've dealt with in the past.

Perfect location in a spacious place
it was the most perfect location. Walking distance to everything in La zona romántica and el malecón. The host and staff are very responsive. We could not locate beach towels and received a response within minutes. The place is spacious and has nice balcony to lookout to the square. Highly recommend this place.
