Amazing products but the heat ratings...
Amazing products but the heat ratings are higher on the listings than the products actually are. I was terrified at first because everyone has different taste tolerances but I'd say the scotch bonnet/carolina reaper encona sauces you can get from most stores would come in at a 7 in terms of their ratings

I was after some PexPeppers sauces to…
I was after some PexPeppers sauces to try which the Emporium had just stocked, ordered a few things I liked the look of.
The sauces are great, and the Emporium shipped them packed nice and safely so they don't break.
I Look forward to ordering more.

The best customer service ever!
The Hot Sauce Emporium has to have the best customer service I have ever experienced.
We am running a hot sauce challenge at work and needed a variety of sauces of different heats and their staff member Rebekah within minutes game me a list based on my specifications and gave me some really useful information.
I then put in an order at around 3pm and they overnighted it to me, arriving at 12 the following day.
Simply fantastic!!!
