Amazing Customer Service
I had some issues with the remote for my unit so I contacted customer service and they were great! Cheryl was very nice and helped me right away with suggestions to fix it and when that didn’t work they quickly shipped out a replacement for me. Overall amazing customer service.

Service is not an afterthought!
Lots of toy manufacturers create products as "novelty only" with little to no backing. If it breaks- oh well, no warranty for you, and I messaged support with this expectation. Hotoctopuss was completely different, and Aura followed up several times to ensure my satisfaction, to my complete surprise. When the first replacement part sent did not fix the issue, the whole product was replaced after a bit of thoughtful troubleshooting, no fuss, no hassle. Could not be happier and I WILL be purchasing again (something else, obviously, because I got what I paid for)! This is how I want to treat my intimate moments - as something to be taken seriously, and I feel like this company has a role to play in that going forward.

It doesn't hold a charge, making it useless. This is not my first purchase, but it is my most disappointing.
UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me. They were most courteous and helpful. By following their recommendations, my unit proved not to be defective. Thank you for your kind assistance!

Great customer service
I recently made a purchase from Hot Octopuss and not long after I received it, it broke. I posted a review stating my disappointment, and Cheryl reached out to me immediately to rectify the situation. She was apologetic, responsive and made sure to send a replacement out to me right away. Bad things happen. Products don't always function right. Great customer service makes it all BETTER! I had some issues with my product. Aura with customer service helped with trying to trouble shoot the problem and regularly checking back to make sure things were working out but when that didn’t work Aura was very helpful and quick in getting a replacement to me

I don't like it when sites show "Sold…
I don't like it when sites show "Sold Out" on an item at the top/front of a product list. Don't have the first thing you show me be something that I can't purchase. If you want/need to keep it up for link purposes, then please move it to the back of the list. Starting off with disappointment is not the most customer-friendly way to welcome someone to your site
Other than this, I think the site is well designed and easy to use. It looks professional and shows that pride is taken in presenting the company and it's products in a thought-out manner. Products are given good descriptions with tabs for those that want more granular details. I feel that the site provides answers to questions before a customer might have them, which encourages and makes the customer feel welcome to make a purchase.

There are two types of cable for the SOLO Essential (depending on how old your product is), and as clearly stated on the product page, you need to " check the image, and if it doesn't match the cable you are replacing, please try our other pin style charging cable."
