I too have been scammed by Hotelsclick.com is a scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I paid for hotel in Edinburgh June 2018 and 1 week before due to arrive in December, I was advised there had been a technical issue and the room had been cancelled. I cannot get in touch to speak with anyone and e-mails go unanswered. I have asked the bank to intervene as I still have not had a refund.

I booked with hotelsclick for accommodation in Perth over Christmas. Hotelsclick confirmed my 2 nights accommodation for 3 rooms and the reservation was paid in full.
A few months prior to my stay, i received an email from hotels click advising that my booking had been canceled due to an admin and technical error. I contacted the hotel directly and they confirmed my booking had been canceled by Hotelsclick. After numerous emails back and forth, Hotelclick have advised that they can't refund my money as per their policy.
Their service is absolutely appaulling

Hotelsclick sent an email cancelling a booking (H2018-86760) on the 27/11/2018, they advised up to 15 days to get a refund. It is now 14/01/2019 no refund. I have rang and emailed multiple times with no response.

HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! THEY TOOK MY CREDIT CARD FROM A PURCHASE ON 10/18, CHARGED ME IN FULL AND CANCELED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT TELLING ME. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK AND WAS LEFT STRANDED WITHOUT A HOTEL IN CABO. I TRIED CALLING 10 TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS. DO NOT BOOK...TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

My experience has been the same as those I’m reading. I booked with Hotels Click in mid-2018, paid in full and received a booking confirmation. In Dec 2018, HotelsClick cancelled my booking and advised they would advise me of the process for obtaining a refund. After numerous demands for return of my money, HotelsClick stopped responding, and I have never received a refund from them.
I ended up recovering the funds from my bank as I had paid using a credit card and have fraud protection under that card. If you are in the same situation, I would recommend contacting your bank ASAP for a refund, on the basis that services have been paid for but never received.

Wow! Very similar to many other folks, I booked in full with HotelsClick in June 2018 and they cancelled my room in Dec 2018 and said they would refund me, but nothing yet. I have emailed and called them numerous times. No response. Waited up to 1 hour on hold and then finally left a message.... multipmle times. No response. What a scam! Please do not ever use them! I wish I would have checked Google sooner about this horrendous company! Use well known companies like Expedia or Travelocity!

We have booked 3 nights accommodation at Iguazu fall in November 2018. The booking was made in June 2018, and everything was confirmed a week after the booking, and was paid in full. 3 days before we were due to check in, this website me to say that the hotel has a system error, and they have cancelled all the bookings, and they will refund the payment made.
Guess what, I am still waiting for the refund, and they have not answered my many emails since November 2018. I believe this was a scam and they are working with the hotels to scam the users.

Last november 9. I booked Harbour Grand Kowloon through hotelsclick.com and paid through my credit card. After a day or two they say it was confirmed. On November 20, the bank called me that I was charged twice by Hotelsclick.com and I said that was a mistake and I will pay just the one on my booking receipt.

Then they sent an email that confirms my cancellation of my booking on November 29 but I did not see the email because I did not expect it since I did not cancel the booking and already paid for it! So when we got to here in the hotel (where I am writing this review right now), we had no choice but to pay directly to the hotel a slightly higher amount to get a room w/o breakfast, which is frustrating because we paid for the one with breakfast and we were already tired after our flight then my toddler needs to sleep already and expected that everything is okay, but it wasn't.

Tried calling them from the hotel, no one answers. Sent them an email, no replies. So there's NO SIGN OF REFUND at all. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

I wish I searched for reviews before I booked. My birthday was a disaster.

I booked an refundable booking with this Agency and payed up front, after one month I recieve an e-mail from them that they can not confirm my booking although I have payed and recieved a voucher for the hotel and the hotel confirms that I have an reservation also. So I cancell my booking with the Agency and they confirm the cancellation, I have still not recieved my refund for 1530 Euros and it is now one month ago that I received a written cancellation from them! They do not answer my e-mails and the phonenumber I have to them is not in use anymore! I am so sad and frustrated, do not book with this Agency!

Absolutely shocking. Hotel booking cancelled a week before we flew out.
Crap customer service, no signs of refund, and no reply from them via any means.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LITERALLY SCAMMERS.
I can't give one star and they are too far away to slap someone.

Booked our Holiday hotel through Hotelsclick.com we called the hotel to confim our reservation they said it had been cancelled by a third party over a month ago ( Hotelsclick.com ) we did call couple days after we made our reservation and it showed our reservation was good however 1 week before we leave ( Jan 11th ) we had our doubts judging by all the related reviews so we called the hotel and indeed it had been cancelled.
Tried contacting them , They do not answer their phones, return voice messages etc. We waited on hold for over 40 min and still no answer.
This Company is a SCAM if you too want to loose $3500 then feel free booking through them , However they will never see us or any of our friends again. Now we need to deal with credit card company to see if we can get a refund on our credit card.

Just to confirm other peoples stories: HotelsClick.com is most likely a scam. Early June this year I booked and paid for 4 hotel rooms for 4 days in Innsbruck next February. Then mid December I got a cancellation note out of the blue, due to "technical reasons". I have without success been trying to get in touch with HotelsClick ever since. I have also spoken to the hotel and got confirmed that the rooms were booked in June and then cancelled by a local agency (which I had never heard of) late November. I then contacted the local agency, who could inform me that they had received the cancellation from another agency (which was also new to me). Between my booking and the hotels there were then at least three agencies. Neither the hotel nor the agencies higher up in this chain had seen my money with the booking. The money I paid, appr. 2500 USD, has then been with HotelsClick all the time. In the cancellation note to me HotelsClick advised that the refund would be arranged in "a few days". This is now three weeks ago.

If anybody has any information as to the status of HotelsClick.com (is it bankrupt? is it out of business?) and any contact information I will be grateful.

I want to tell you all a little story, a story about a thieving holiday company. Now this company takes your booking, takes your payment and even sends a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. This clever company waits many months and sends you a new EMAIL telling you that your BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. They even advise you to get in touch with the resort as they can NO LONGER GUARANTEE your rooms. So, I rang the resort and YES THE BOOKING HAS INDEED BEEN CANCELLED. I asked who cancelled it and why ? The RESORT informed me that HOTELSCLICK.COM had cancelled the booking and GAVE NO REASON as to why they were cancelling the booking. I asked if any monies had been paid for the booking and was told NO. NO MONEY WAS RECEIVED with the original booking. Now this is HOW CLEVER this scumbag company is, I reported this FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION to my bank. They can do NOTHING to retrieve the funds as it is over their 120 day cap on such actions. The bottom line is I am out $1360, can't get it back and nothing I can do against this company which operates out of ITALY. Sadly since this happened I have been researching this company and this is a COMMON PRACTICE for them, and yes, NO ONE GETS THEIR MONEY BACK. I have sent 14 emails asking for a reason and a refund and NO RESPONSE. They are outright THIEVES

HotelsClick Cancelled my booking 10 days before travel, leaving me £1400 out of pocket and little time to book alternative accommodation.
Very very poor experience.

Hotelsclick is a scam company which they take your money and after they cancel your booking without your advice.they took 5000 euros from my family which is so sad and bad .i kept phoning them and no answer kept e mail them and says this address cannot be found and before they told me by e.mail that i have my refund within 15 days .i kept going to the bank to check if any refund came in but nothing.this is not fare at all with all these people who is suffering from this scam.authorities do something

Hotelclick.com cheat customers. I book a hotel in Astoria Current in boracay and when i went to hotel, they said i cancelled my booking 4days ago - which i did not do. They got my money and they did not reply to email request for refund. This shall served as a warning -- NEVER deal with Hotelclick.com its a SCAM company!

They always cheat customers.
I was suddenly cancelled my hotel booking.
I’ve repeatedly sent messages customer center, it doesn’t make any sense.
Just avoid them.

Hotelsclick. com is a scam, I made a reservation H2018-40727 several months before the trip, a few days before the trip I got an email from them saying the booking was cancelled without explanation and when I complained they told me they had a system issue in their company and " unfortunately " the booking was cancelled and asking me to book again with other company,.
After several email with their customer care, the still do not refund me for the hotel that I paid.
NEVER use this company, their are not a company!!!!
Anyone knows how can we consumers act to close down that kind of businesses?

I did a reservation on 09/28/2018 and HotelsClick cancelled it on 12/12/2018 without any justification, I called the Hotel directly to understand if the problem was the Hotel (Holiday Inn Celebration Area) but they informed me through email that HotelsClick cancelled the booking without any explanation. I received a confirmation from HotelClick about the cancelation but they did not refund me. Unfortunetely I did not check the origin of this website but with many negative comments found later I just can say that it is fake. Don´t trust in this website. For whom that faced the same problem I strong recommend to report this situation to local authorities in Venice-Italy where this website is located/ registered.
