Poor service in Kiel
Terrible poor service in Kiel. The worker was most arrogant and rude I've ever seen in my life. The room I got was a little room lack of space with smell of smoke. Couldn't be in the room it was so dirty+smelly not suitable for me. Rude worker didn't care, worker had a big attitude problem: if customer complaint about anything customer is a bad. Gone and had to pay other hotel with friendly service with smiles +normal service attitude also got fresh room elsewhere. Been around the world but here expect too much for asking a clean fresh room, nothing possible. Didn't get other room no money back as a first time visitor in the city it's how they welcome. I will never choose this hotel chain again because of this poor service. Price could be cheaper because of low quality.

Not userfriendly
It is not possible to add an existing reservation to a new account. In the advantages of online booking was mentioned that you can check in online, this is not apparently not possible for my reservation.

Hotel is no-frills yet attractively…
Hotel is no-frills yet attractively decorated and comfortable. The room has a compact layout done well, for example: instead of drawers and a closet, we had open shelves, 4-5 exposed hangers on a rod, and wall-mounted coathooks. I have allergies to scents, and our regular style (not "low-allergy specialty") hotel room was nearly scent-neutral, which pleased me. The hallway had a slight rubber-type smell, which I suspect is from the newish carpet and/or paint. My spouse enjoyed the breakfast buffet, while I made a trip to a nearby restaurant that could serve scrambled eggs.
