Excellent service on booking.

Why can't you "sign in" with the mobile device page of this site. Trying to navigate this site on the "full site" version is difficult when using a smart phone. It also automatically signs you out when you move away from the page to do something else. Completely frustrating. There are coding issues there that need to be addressed. And no I don't want to download the APP.

Site compiles several different types of low cost sleeping arrangements, uses a universal policy (so you doesn't have to keep up with 4-5 different hostels/b&b's policies. Easy to use, great review system and converts all denominations to your currency to make it easy to stick to a budget. Love this site.

It's easy to find a hostel near a certain location, and equally easy to book it once you've made your choice. There's usually a big number of reviews, and a detailed rating system, enabling you to make an informed choice and get good value for your money.

Have used this website to find hostel in Taiwan, Korea .. And find it pretty much user friendly

Hostels.com was easy to use - input the name of my destination, look at photos, click on the map to see where the hostel was in relation to where I wanted to be, see reviews by other travelers. I used it for two hostels, and when I needed to book another one, I went straight to Hostels.com.

I'm sure I could have found even more hostels to peruse if I'd used multiple websites, but hostels.com provided enough of a selection that I didn't feel the need to dig around on multiple sites. The real winner though is the fact that it's based on traveller reviews - they were very helpful in creating expectations for the hostels.

I have used Hostels.com 4 times to book hostels in different countries and I have never had a bad experience. The hostels are always as they are described, I think I've gotten great value for the price I pay.

I've booked probably three or four times with Hostels.com in the last year and have always been satisfied, both with their service and with the hostels that I have selected. There are times when I decide to take a short low-budget trip as a solo traveler and hostels have generally worked out OK for me. They are cheap, usually centrally located, and the people who run them are usually quite helpful. In addition, you often meet interesting people there and sometimes get tips on places you might like to visit. If I travel with a companion then I am much more likely to go with a hotel, but when I do short trips by myself I enjoy hostels and Hostels.com has a good selection and usually has detailed and accurate information about each location.
