Helpful information, easy to use
As an American traveling alone to Europe for the first time in decades I found Hostels.com very reliable. I was able to reserve beds in the areas of the city I desired, close to public transportation. Easy directions were provided from my arrival point. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and fluent in english. Facilities were varied, but all were clean and safe. Fellow travelers were all enthusiastic explorers. The easy to use and affordable network of hostels made my vacation perfect!

Not a Happy Camper...
When I booked my last hostel on the hostel.com website, there was a link for a 10 Euro voucher. I clicked on the link, but an error message came up, and it wouldn't work. I contacted Hostel.com for help receiving my 10 Euro voucher, but after extensive communication with Hostel.com, I never received the voucher promised on their website.

Everything went well and it was a great experience but there are some reviews where hostelworld didnt address the issue properly and so i went into the deal having in mind it could go wrong.

Quick and easy :)
I was having trouble with finding a place to stay in Copenhagen, and Hostels.com wasn't my first choice, but when I finally got there, everything went smooth. I found the cheapest place that satisfied my needs easily, and everything from there was quick - I made the reservation, got confirmation with instructions on finding the place and other interesting stuff around and when I got to the hostel, it was even better than expected. Also, the whole service came with discounted price!

Nice clean hostel in a good location.
Great welcome on arrival.Room was spacious and very clean.With adaequate storage space and good beds.Parking can be prebooked in a garage nearby.This hostel is in central location and easy to get to from the airport bus stop.Very friendly and helpful staff .Good breakfast in the bar downstairs .Free internet and exellent Wi-fi.Would recommend.
