Easy to navigate website, choose cottage and pay

Very helpful in arranging site as close as possible to parking and main facilities when I phoned and explained that my husband has limited mobility.

Our only criticism was that Hoeseasons represented Gold type caravans as having outside decking. This was both through their pictures at the booking stage and the picture used in "Property Details" when confirming the booking. Some Gold caravans do and some don't have decking but this was never stated. In the event our caravan did not have decking. We had to pay an extra £260 and go to a different site to get a caravan with decking.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was checking in as it was a Park Resorts site and we only had a Hoseasons booking reference. It was sorted eventually but did cause a bit of worry and embarrassment. Having said that the check in team were really lovely. We were on a very quiet part of the site which was appreciated. Caravan was spacious and immaculate. If you are booking this as a beach holiday just be aware that the tide is in a lot of the time so if you want sand you have to time it right and walk to find it!!!

Booked this places as a last minute weekend away and it was great! The caravan was clean and right on the beach front so had a stunning view! Had to bring all our own essentials but that was expected. Staff were lovely. Only thing is the wifi is quite expensive for such a short time

First time booking a holiday, very easy process.
Great links to the spa on site and access to facilities.
Looking forward to our break.

Very easy to use and find what we were looking for

Sorted out issue with the key quickly. 1st break away in 8 years, came back to Cornwall as we loved it here.

Normally very good but having had an issue with a booking this time I have emailed and tried to call numerous times but have had no reply.

The booking process was great however I was very dissappointed by the accommodation when we arrived. Firstly it was tiny. The main bedroom had a small double bed and a wardrobe, not enough space to get in out of the bed properly. Second room the beds were smaller than a single and my son fell off the bed when he slept at night. The bathroom had a nasty smell and the whole caravan was abit dirty and I found it unhygienic.

Easy to book good prices

I would like to put 5 star for this place it was more than I expectation the bedrooms and the kitchen bath hot tub plus the view were all amazing I were more than happy to stay their I would ve like to extend if I did have more time also the place is near to the beach it will be my regular place to stay every summer time 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We recently booked a stay at Lowside Farm through Hoseasons / Cottages.com. Upon arrival, the property was in a severely substandard condition: baseline cleanliness was unacceptable, bedding was dirty/damaged, and basic kitchen equipment was missing. Rather than ruining our family holiday immediately, I spent my own time cleaning the property myself to make it habitable.
When I raised a formal complaint with photos afterward, Hoseasons’ response was disgraceful. Their automated system issued generic rejections. To make matters worse, the "final position" email sent by customer service ("Seb") addressed me by the completely wrong name ("Heather") and listed amenities like "hot tubs" and "decking"—facilities that do not even exist at Lowside Farm.
This proves they did not even bother to read my complaint or look at the photographic evidence provided. They hide behind generic template letters and auto-responders to block customer contact once they have your money.
Zero accountability, non-existent customer care, and a complete failure of basic hygiene standards. Avoid.
