Make sure you file an internet crime report at the ic3 complaint website because these guys do the same thing to everyone. I have the same story. I should have looked up the reviews and I would have been saved from this. They also seemed to have changed names, but same scam. It's hoodiesmova now

Wow took over a month to get and I received today All wrong items and they don't have any tags saying size no professional company on packaging !! This place is a BIG SCAM

Don't order from this site. I ordered a tee shirt and they sent the wrong product. No invoice or company name on any of the packaging. Joke of a company.

Do not buy anything from them. It's took 1 month to received my order and I've received all wrong item.

Ordered clothes over a month ago never even shipped contacted them they said it was in the “inspection” process it would ship within 7 days did not happen! Emailed at least 4 times to cancel order no response ...finally went to PayPal filed a dispute went in my favor getting a refund ...this company is a scam for sure!!

I only put 1 star or I would not be able to comment. It's been 5 weeks and still no delivery of 2 items. I've emailed directly and they keep saying there's a backorder. All I want is a REFUND and they never reply to my request. I'm reporting to BBB and spoofpaypalwhere you report fake scammers using fake paypal accounts!

I ordered a vest with a hood and received a jacket with no hood. I emailed customer service and never got a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

I ordered two items. I finally received one. When attempting. To track the other it also shown it had been delivered. I have emailed for some type of explanation. Radio silence. I have requested a refund. Radio silent. This is a scam. DO NOT waste your money on ordering from this company. They are crooks.

Terrible, do not buy from Hoodiesnova. Sent wrong items and now avoiding my request for a refund. Not to mention it took a month to arrive...

This company is a scam. They send the wrong items and will not credit you. Plus their items are terrible quality. Do not order.

Stop do not waste your hard earned money... this site obviously take pictures from other sites and send you some sweat shop child labor replica of a garment. Do your self a favor....DELETE THE WEBSITE FROM YOUR BROWSER now let me see how shady pay pal is going be about giving me my MONEY BACK!!! I should have paid with a credit card!!!!.

My experience was horrible! Nearly exactly as Margaret Williams’ review described!! Placed order at end of November and it took more than 6 weeks (so long Christmas!), then order was wrong. Missing items, wrong item, sizing off. I’m still arguing with them over how to resolve. DO NOT BUY FROM HOODIESNOVA!!!

Ordered 2 shirts in 12/14/2020 didn't receive a package until 1/23/2021. In the package was 1 shirt not even the type or size of the original order. Emailed customer service daily requested return label and or refund of the ordered products. Finally get a response on 2/1/2021 saying thy will refund 15% and said to keep the shirt. I responded not acceptable when I ordered 2 shirts neither was received and the one I didn't order or in my size. 15% is insulting, especially when they know the order had two shirts.

So mad that I didn't check the reviews before ordering from this website. I ordered 6 items and have only received 3. They refuse to answer any of my emails that were sent to "customer support." The products are of low quality.
I have filed a claim with PayPal.

All of the reviews indicating misrepresentation of sweatshirts is absolutely correct. These are thin longed sleeved t shirts and are not sweatshirt material that is displayed in their website. Wish I had looked for reviews before I wasted my money. I have contacted them 8 times about a refund and returning the items and have received no response to take necessary steps as indicated in their return policy. Worst customer service ever. Beware

I can relate to 3/4 of the reviews on here. Bought a (sweatshirt) got a t shirt! Masks never did come. Asked for a refund and they said no because it was in transit. 1.5 months later received my package. Didn’t have 2 items. Have emailed repeatedly but no one answers. This so called business needs to be shut down! This is nothing but a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM HOODIESNOVA! I placed an order for Christmas and it kept getting back ordered so I requested to cancel my order. They promised it would be shipped by a certain date so I didn’t cancel. That date came and went so again I cancelled my order. I purchased in Canadian, they refunded me in US$ so I ended up paying almost $10 due to the exchange - keep in mind they didn’t actually refund me the cost until I reminded them weeks Later. I emailed them and told them I expected my full Canadian price back since that was how I was charged. They agreed and said the refund was processed and would show up in 5 business day. That was weeks ago. I again have to remind them to give me my money back. Worst customer service EVER!

I feel like an idiot for not coming to read these reviews sooner... please listen to the reviews... the clothing is not at all what is portrayed on the website. I bought two Christmas sweaters December 10th. I received them January 10th. The delay is not my primary concern (I understand COVID has slowed things down, and December was a busy month of online shopping this year) my BIGGEST disappointment is the blatant lie on the website stating “sweatshirt”. The items I received are not at all a sweatshirts. They are thin long sleeve shirts so they are certainly not worth the price that Hoodiesnova is selling them for.
