SCAM THESE CLOWNS ARE THIEFS! Just take your money and don’t give you any products. It’s been 3 months and haven’t received anything just excuses. Wish I would have research before buying! Do not recommend save your money

Don’t waste your money! I received the hoodie. It was sent without a return address, but had Chinese writing in package. The material is horrible! Cheap polyester or nylon . I can’t even tell , it’s so bad. I emailed company for a return request. They offered me a coupon code for my next purchase. Why would I spend more money on their crap?

This is not a legitimate company. They sell nothing and do not respond to customer service request. It’s a scam

This is not a legitimate company. I am surprised the authorities allows this site to exist. I ordered three items in June. No items, no response. I will be contacting every possible government agency as this is an illegal fraudulent front for a company. They simple steal your money. Why does law enforcement allow this to happen to consumers.

I purchased 2 items on June 1st and paid with Paypal. This shows on my account being charged on June 2, 2022.
After 2 weeks I sent an email noting that I was still waiting to get a confirmation of the items being shipped.
I subsequently have sent numerous emails asking for information. Then I sent an email directing them to cancel the order.
As of July 2, 2022 I have not heard anything from Hoodiesnova.

Wrong product, awful quality The clothes is really cute and the fact that they cater to plus size is great because it’s hard to find cute clothes. I just don’t feel the price of the garments is justified. The quality of the clothes is hit or miss. I have a sweater that was fifty five dollars and it’s held up good. I also purchased a cute sleeveless top and one wash the threading came undone and it’s not wearable.all i was trying to do is get my money back i went on the facebook and i found this company CONTACT number which is₂₁₄₋₅₀₆

Horrible!!!! I ordered ampersand sweatshirts and received junk!!!! No brand even on the tag!!!! Took 2 months to receive junk!!!!

I ordered a bathing suit for the 4th of July in the beginning of June. By June 17th it hadn’t shipped so I emailed them asking to cancel the order, I got no response then got an email saying it shipped a week later. I received the package August 6th!! Not only was it 2 months for shipment but it was the wrong item. I sent another email saying that I asked to cancel before shipment and ask for a refund and a return label, they offered me 20% and asked if I could keep the wrong item. I advise to everyone who has gotten scammed by this company to report them to the FTC.

I ordered a black blouse with sunflowers on it and I received a green jersey. And of course no reply when emailed.

I don’t even want to give this company one star, but to leave a review I have to. Buyers beware. I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received my shipment. I emailed them a month ago, and they replied that there was quality inspection problems, whatever that means, and said the order needs to wait 5-7 days before it’s shipped. Still don’t have my order. I’ve emailed a second time to ask for a refund. I doubt I’ll get it but I’m going to try. Do not buy from this company!

This company is a scam!!! I never received my order and I have written customer service numerous times with not one response! Aggravates me to no end!

Total scam. I really should have known better but what I THOUGHT I was ordering would have made a great gift for a friend. Will not issue a refund. Want me to send back the item that was never received. Basically, they’re thieves.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! I ordered 2 items; they sent me 2 different items. Emailed the company as it states on their website that you have to email within 30 days if you need to return or exchange. I emailed the next day and its been 3 weeks and no response. I email every day and I have not received a response!!!! Scam Alert do not order from this company they will rip you OFF!!!

Do not order from them i order over $80 worth of stuff over a month ago and havent recieved anything they keep tell me they cant find my order then they say its been delivered. I ordered 4 tops and waited over a month to get two that are no where near what I ordered. Won't answer my email.

I stupidly bought two shirts from them it took forever and they ended up sending the wrong things and are just sending the same email saying they can't even find my order when I have all that information I even attached and gave to them! I will be spreading the word big time on how they scam people,I'm so mad because this was a present to myself as a hard working single mother! What a HORRIBLE business and people to do this to others!
