it took 2 months to get my order. several emails saying my order status has changed. and i got the wrong team jersey.

The customer service is the worst i encountered. they treated me very badly and they even insulted me when i asked about my package that i never received. Das ist der schlechteste Kundenservice überhaupt. Sie haben mich beleidigt, als ich nach dem Paket fragte, das nie angekommen ist. Eine furchtbare Erfahrung.

I ordered wheels for my MB A45S from this company. When the wheels arrived they were excellent and fitted perfectly. Lug bolts were also included which was a nice bonus. Sadly the performance of the courier company (DPD) was very poor. My wheels sat in their depot in Germany for 7 days without any attempt to deliver them to Portugal. I think Hood need to consider alternative couriers as the cost of shipping to mainline Portugal was excessive for the service provided. If the delivery was as good as the service from Hood I would have given 5 stars.

We rented a Toyota Land Cruiser from Cars Iceland during our trip to Iceland, picking it up in Reykjavík and conveniently dropping it off at Keflavík International Airport at the end of our journey. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
