Only wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased a S14 vacuum cleaner from them. My cleaner which is only used once a week after only 18 months is now unusable. Messages to the company go ignored. I suppose I will have to put this down experience. I will be more careful on the purchase of a replacement.

1 star is too much
1 star is the lowest review that they can get? Seems like my 1 star review will actually can increase their total score which is exactly how low is supposed to be. If you are here on trustpilot willing to get one of their products, just don't. Vacuum Cleaner broke after few months, but it has warranty right? Trying to get in touch with them for few weeks now and nothing happens. They only have an online form that you complete but nobody is actually reading or answering. So if you still buy from them, pray that your product will last otherwise your warranty means nothing (but from other reviews I can see that other's products didn't last either)

Honiture provide a rubbish customer…
Honiture provide a rubbish customer service. I had to email several times to several different email addresses before I got a response. When we took the 3 year guarantee we were told that if we write a positive review then we get a free gift (battery, amazon voucher, filters etc)
That might explain why there are good reviews on line - because frankly, it's not because they have a good product or after care service.
We paid enough money for the Honiture S12 and would have expected it to last longer than 8 months.
So far we have had no luck trying to get a refund, they have sent a replacement part but it didn't resolve the problem. Waste of time and money getting a 3 year guarantee.
Do yourself a favour and buy another brand. We have been without a working vacuum or almost 4 months now. don't trust amazon reviews. do your research.

Replacement battery for a vacuum
I bought a replacement battery for a vacuum from their web site, tracking provided, I waited 5 weeks, it eventually showed it was due for delivery and then it showed as delivered however it was never delivered. Honiture will not respond to my emails or refund my $42.50, absolute crap company. Totally dis-honest company.

NEVER EVER buy from this merchant. I bought a stick vacuum from Amazon and after 3 months stopped working. Was emailing back and forth with customer services for several weeks and they provided stupid excuses. At the end NOTHING happened.
My recommendation: DO NOT BUY anything from them. SCAM ALERT !!!

s12 vacuum is just over 2yrs old but still within the 3year warranty period , motor failed Honiture have failed to answer my messages on their site , looking at others experiences i wish i had never bought from them , terrible attitude from their seemingly non-existent customer services , however, karma may happen as i am retired so i have plenty time write reviews on items they are promoting .

I have the S14 which was fine for a few months until the dust bucket clip now fails. It is too weak to hold the dust bucket and therefore the machine is useless. The website is slick and gives you a false sense of security. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. NOONE ANSWERS I have tried 4 times now. I bought through Amazon, who have no interest in helping if it is over 90 days from purchase. These things have a 3 year warranty …haha

Don't buy Chinese
Similar story to the others published here. Robot vacuum Q6 worked well for about 3-4 months, then it started having these bizarre issues (ex: "front bumper is stuck" when it wasn't at all). They replied to my first email suggesting a troubleshooting solution. It didn't work and now, no one answers subsequent emails. The seller through Amazon has never replied to any of my messages and Amazon itself doesn't really care because we're beyond the first 90 days.
Sincerely never ever buy Chinese stuff.

We got a vacuum robot from Amazon in July, they wrote down on the selling advertising description: FREE RETURN AND REFUND AFTER PURCHASE WHIN SIX MONTHS. I contacted them after three months, they keep telling me contact Amazon for return and refund, and I told them what I saw on their selling advertising, then they said not recommend to returning it because it will cost very expensive shipping. After that, I don’t get any reply from them.
And we only can reach them by email which they take forever to reply.

Do your own research before you buy !!!
I bought the S14 cordless vacuum cleaner. On the face of it, this looked like a great deal on Amazon. At the beginning, the vacuum cleaner worked well, no complaints!. But before the years warranty was up the battery started to suffer “battery death” and now only works for a few minutes before the battery dies. I reported this defect to the Company’s customer service team and they agreed to replace the battery under the terms of the one-year warranty. I then got an email confirmation stating that a new battery had been ordered and was coming from China. I was even given a “tracking” number for the new battery order and told that it would be delivered within 15-30 days. Needless to say, that was 8 weeks ago and still no battery. The “tracking” link does not work. I reported no delivery to the customer services team by email 3 weeks ago but have since never got a response. This makes me very suspicious of this company and I question the operational value of their Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. I will not be re-ordering their recent upgrade of this product unless their customer services explains to me why they have not replaced the defective battery despite them stating they would under the terms of their warranty. All that I can advise from my recent experience is that if you are considering buying this Cordless Vacuum Cleaner from this company, that you do your own research first before you decide to buy.

Everything was great until the mopping…
Everything was great until the mopping stopped working. I contacted them, I was sent a new water tank but it didn’t help and after that they are ignoring me for more than 2 weeks.

Bought one of their products in March…
Bought one of their products in March of this year, While I'm pleased with the the product itself, suction etc. Less then pleased with the non existent customer service so called !! The charger units wires frayed one side, So I'm unable to charge unit up. Making the product unusable. They say after a maximum of 3 days they will be in touch ? Still waiting. Nor can I find a charger to fit product. My advice is stay clear of this company, once they have sold a product to you, they are no longer interested. If I could have given no score, I would have done. £121 down the pan !

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I bought our robot vacuum 8 months ago and it died. After several attempts of contacting, they responded with a request for my order number. I sent that and now I am blocked on Amazon for reviewing that item. Meanwhile, I have a 2 year warranty and get ahold of anyone. Be leary of this company.
