I had a question and thought I’d have to wait until Monday. I was really happy that the office was open on a Saturday and Mark was able to reassure me and answer my question. I’m really pleased with the customer service and they even use my name even though I haven’t told them who I am. Wonderful service and I would highly recommend

I was having such a difficult time trying to get around to sorting out legal work with my busy schedule but Homeward Legal have super speedy replies and excellent office hours. Not only do they reply super fast, they follow up with a phone call and ensure you are provided with the most appropriate service. They are keen to accommodate your schedule and are available whenever you ask including weekends which is a huge benefit to me (someone who struggles to fit all their admin in to the lunchtime during the week). Additionally, I first engaged HL earlier in the year but unfortunately, had some personal emergencies which meant not being able to proceed at the time. I later required their services again and Mark (staff member I was contacted by) very kindly agreed to carry over the money I already had on account so that I wouldn't lose my deposit and could proceed right away. This has been a huge relief and I can't recommend them enough! 10/10 Excellent work!

Joshua was extremely professional and supportive while working on the purchase of the buy-to-let property. Although two initial attempts were unsuccessful, having coverage was very helpful and ultimately led to a successful purchase of the property with significant cost savings.
