Unhelpful service and sent my new router to the wrong address! Then said I can re arrange a pick up with dhl at a pick up point - which I couldn’t do!

He was also very personable which made the experience enjoyable. Jordan is an asset to the team.
If I were his boss, I would have him lead training sessions as applying his approach, across the board, would be beneficial to the business.
