5 weeks (and counting) waiting for a repair
I gave a 5 star review when I originally had windows fitted by Home Logic, however one of the bars on my 'Georgian bars' windows fell off 5 weeks ago and I have currently called the company 11 times to get this repaired.
Every time I get a very polite response, but here I am, 5 weeks on and no progress on the repair!

Support needed
Support needed. My Dad has been told that the insulation used is not fit for purpose. If someone can reach out to me please.
It’s a reputable company that has confirmed this. How can I go about making a complaint to recoup my dads costs

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I was told how dire it was in my loft i was told that if this work was not done I would be needing a new roof, they scared me into having this work done. This was contradicted by their own fitters that told me it was in pretty good condition. I was rushed to have it done the next day if i had the chance to check out what it should have cost to what i was charge i would never have had it I was charged double what it should have cost for the work that was done and for the product sold. I contacted them twice and asked for a itemised invoice which I never received. Their customer service is none existing, I received a email telling me I would be contacted when i complained to them but heard nothing at all. I will be reporting this company to trading standards. If you don't want ripping off stay away from this company

Company is a huge Con! Don’t waste any money
We have had spray foam insulation installed by this awful company. First they bombard you with calls to get you to have the product and then when you file a compliant you can’t get through to them!
First of all this company is a con and they do not give the correct information out. We told the “sales” man that we would only be living here for a maximum of 2 years and would the spray foam cause risk to us being able to sell as we have heard that it would. Not at one point did he say no, this sure is just common courtesy to say that lenders do not lend, as true sales man style instead of telling the truth they lie to get a sale and bit of commission. And now we are at high risk of losing our sale due to this awful mess. It’s taken days to get through to anyone and now they supposedly offering me a discounted removal service to remove the con of a product we have just spent £5,000 installing and now they think they can have another £3,500 from us to remove this. This will not be the last you hear from us and we will be taking this matter higher.

Not impressed with selling tactics
This may just be the gentleman’s personality but I found the salesperson who visited me to give a quote too familiar. Asking a lot of personal questions like how old I was, did I have any children, where did they live, where and when am I going on holiday etc etc.
As a woman living alone I felt very uneasy with these questions.
Also I would never deal with a company who quotes a price but then says if you don’t leave a deposit today it goes up by £1000 or more. This is unacceptable. People need time to think about this expensive upgrade and time to get further quotes.
Is it really necessary to take up so much time trying to justify your product? He was here over an hour and all I wanted was a quote not a lecture.

Two very helpful men arrived on time despite long journey. Set about work without fuss. Were unable to complete task on 8th February caused by an access issue but returned on 10th February to complete task. Very tidy and efficient in all that they did. Have no complaints.
I had a call from them today for a simple quote
I had a call from them today. They said they could only come to do the quote if me and my partner were in. I'm the homeowner and will be the one paying for the job. I asked why this was the case, and I was told it was because they needed to discuss the warranty, and they are busy and don't have time! I'm completely baffled why two people need to set time aside and be at home for someone to give a quote! Bonkers! So it's a big no from me, and so strange.

When agent told untruths for a sale
When agent visited us for spray foam insulation we were told that the foam was fire retardant,so we agreed to have it in installed, well 18 months later we found out it was not fire retardant but it would only be a few seconds before it was ablaze this should not be the practice of home logic representertive to get a sale by completely lying,he also failed to mention that the foam will rot your rafters because of moisture, not air flow being present, these people should held to account for the way they fraudulenty sell you a product that is totally bad,

The 2 men who came did a great job left all clean no problem many thanks.

Two very nice well mannered young men done the job
Loft lined
Two nice men ,a good job done well, and by having it done it’s working no condensation no damp well pleased
Brilliant.
When i phoned to enquire about it i was told a basic and asked if i would like someone to come round, i agreed and the young man was lovely and told me everything in full detail including video`s etc, we set a date and it was done, they did a lovely job and yes it has made a difference to the warmth in my home, in this cold weather and with the heating on it still felt chilly going upstairs from a warm lounge, but now it does`t, i am extremely happy with what has been done and all the people that came to do it, an excellant company, definitely worthy of five starts if not more.
Home Logic carried out upgrade of my loft insulation.
Home Logic carried out upgrade of my loft insulation from a cold to a warm loft was done very professionally from the start to the finish, with the surveyor arrived on time for the appointment, and had time to answer my questions on how the work be done.
The operatives also arrived on time and carried out their work professionally, and when they finished their work they left the house clean and tudyas they had found it.
In a matter of a few days i begin the boiler was not working as often, and house felt warmer, i am very satisfied with the outcome thank you.
Loft insulation
The men came on time to fit loft insulation. They were polite and helpful. We had had squirrels in the loft and they kindly swept up any mess left by them prior to laying the insulating foam. Highly delighted with the service received

Arrived on time clean workers did what they said that they would do and finished when they said
The whole process was seamless
The whole process was seamless. I was extremely skeptical after hearing horror stories about double glazing firms, so was pleased when everything went to plan, was on time, no hidden costs. Special mention to the fitting team too. A father and son duo who took as much care with our home as they would with their own. Very reassuring!
Reliable company to deal with
Surveyor was helpful and explained details, the fitters doing the work were pleasant, clean and tidy and worked efficiently.
I would not even give a 1 star…
I would not even give a 1 start to the company!! What an absolute c.. this company is! Before they came to our house it was freezing as we’d just bought it and it needed doing up, we looked into insulation etc. This company pestered us until we agreed they came out to the house and had a discussion with us. And wow what a good sales man they had he came on a Friday night at 5/6pm and didn’t leave until around 9pm (who works on a Friday night at this time doing this job?) sold us the absolute dream he did. We originally got a quote of £8k and we said no sorry we don’t want to pay that, he rang his ‘boss’ multiple times to get the price down all the way to £3k, I’m sorry but how can anybody knock of £5k ? Now we are left with no valuation on our house as no bank will mortgage a house with spray foam insulation. And just to add our beams and roof is now rotting away! I was mind blowing at the £5k drop and feel embarrassed that we actually believed a word the sales man said, but unfortunately we were gullible enough to believe, like most people would in our situation living in a freezing house in the middle of January! I just beg everyone to stay away from this company it’s an absolute joke! And don’t be in the situation we’re now in pay more money to fix there problem!
This is 100% a true review, if I could post photos I would. I have rang you twice to speak to the complaints department but you keep saying we are going to ring you back, which we are still waiting for. If you want to keep going backwards and forwards on this review I don’t mind I have all the proof in the world, it’s your company that is not getting back in touch, so don’t twist it round on me thank you very much. Also if this was a fake review how come many reviews have experienced the same treatment?
