Delivery was super quick and installation was amazing. 2 guys came and installed the pool table with care, precision and speed. We are super pleased with the table.

We went for Home Leisure Direct based on a recommendation and online reviews. As you would, we first shopped around but as soon as we met the team at there offices we knew straight away these are the guys we want for the job. The process of choosing the table, cloth etc was made straightforward by Charlie with great advice, opinions and recommendations being given.

The date was booked and the fitters turned up on time. Both Neil and Nathan were polite, courteous and answered any questions we had. They worked hard and cleaned up as they went along.

The table (Rasson Apollo) looks amazing. Better than what we thought it would look. Home Leisure Direct are professional, friendly, family orientated and supply and fit the best pool tables.

Delivery by Neil and Nathan was on time and expertly done and they were both very pleasant and happy to help explain the basics of the assembly. From order to delivery and installation everything was super efficient. A great early Christmas present!

I ordered from Alex at Home Leisure Direct a pool table, benches and arcade machine for our family home a few weeks ago. We knew the pool table would arrive by Christmas with the 4 person arcade machine timeframe looking at March.

On 1st December they arrived with the pool table and WOW, it completely exceeded our expectations. The table is stunning with the cast iron pipe legs, and the matching benches are worth purchasing for when using as a dining table. We changed from red and yellow to blue and yellow pool balls and also purchased extra spots and strip pool balls so I can play 9 ball pool.

Everything that was expected arrived and was so well packaged. The team built the table and showed me how to level when needed.

We have now had an email to say our arcade machine will be arriving on 8th December 3 months earlier and before Christmas.

I will never go anywhere else for items and in time when the cloth needs replacing, I will be calling to arrange as their support is second to none.

Table is perfect, it plays great and looks fantastic. The team were great and really helpful when visiting the showroom and ordering the table. Jake was brilliant as well, really helped with all our questions.

We've had a great experience with Home Leisure Direct, they were knowledgeable, honest and accommodating from the start. Our pool table was delivered promptly and exactly when they said it would be - fantastic service and highly recommend!

Wouldn't touch their tables with a barge pole. I ordered a dining room/pool table. After assembly, I noticed a line/ridge was running down the side of the table. I contacted Home Leisure, who informed me it would brush out. How the hell will a ridge in the MDF brush out? The table was swapped after poor customer service not replying to my correspondence within a timely manner. Another table was sent, and again, after messing about dismantling the old table and assembling the 2nd table, only to find a nail protruding from the MDF through the cloth. Also on the legs and underneath the table, the wood effect was cracked, chipped & dented. Total disgrace for a £700 table. No real apology for the poor quality. I was asked if I wanted another table and politely declined.

I then purchased roughly the same table from Liberty Games, £200 cheaper, better quality & better customer service. There was a slight mark on the table tennis side of the table top, bang, without question, I was asked if I wanted a replacement or £50. I took the £50 as I could live with the mark.
In all, I am totally satisfied with the table from Liberty Games.

What a great experience from purchase to delivery. I ordered the Jaws pinball machine in mid September & it was delivered yesterday as it comes from America. Sam, Josh, Charlie, and we met Alex as we visited there showrooms at the beginning of November, and the whole team have been great, and the guys who delivered were outstanding as I've got it in one of our bedrooms and getting it around the staircase was not easy. I would like to send a big thank you to you all.
