I went into the store deliberately
I went into the store deliberately, when not a lot of people were in…I have a brain injury and real staff at a sales venue really helps. I buy DVD’s regularly. Particularly queer ones. The staff always find me relevant and good quality films to watch. Are friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

The store is in a great location, easily accessible. The staff in store were great when we spoke with them and had questions. Would definitely come to an event here again.

Took 3 payments and was not helpful when I phoned
took 3 payments out of my bank meaning it was £66 more took out and when I emailed I had no reply and when I rang the staff who I spoke to was not helpful
