As always HMV came through for us
As always HMV came through for us. First time I’ve pre- ordered a new release vinyl from them and it was ready to collect two days before the release date. Really impressed. Plus the staff are AMAZING. All of them. We go in regularly now because the staff are so approachable, knowledgeable, patient and as expected passionate about music. We try to support indie stores but sometimes the staff are a bit aloof and seemingly judgemental. Not so at HMV. Thanks very much! I think the only genuinely nice people left in retail in London have been snapped up by HMV. If anyone needs to know how to do customer service go check them out. They’re brilliant.

Its a cool shop!
I really like collecting CDs and I really like going to HMV to buy them! can be a bit pricey but also fair, also bought a band tee and funko pop. I like the Westfield London HMV the most (:
