The poster came bent even though it came in a cardboard package- someone must have folded it along the way, so the tube for packaging would definitely be better. Now there's a visible/white line across the middle of the poster..

Excellent service. Staff were so helpful. The film I wanted was very old and they made an effort to find it. It had to be ordered online and it was received within a few days.

Horrible experience today
Horrible experience today, first the employees were all standing at the till talking, we went to ask a question about where an item is, and they all stopped and showed us attitude whilst asking, later I asked an employee if there was a bin, she looked at me and told me to go outside the store and throw it away. That was fine I just continued to look around, but then she stopped talking to her colleague and followed me around the store until I went to pay? I go to hmv all the time for a peaceful shopping experience, but the employees in this branch made that impossible, I felt like I was being watched and profiled consistently

Click and collect
I had a click and collect order and came in when the store had a stock recount but I was was able to collect my order easily and it arrived to the store very quickly,additionally the staff were very helpful and polite.

Great Staff
I went to an in store event and the staff were all incredibly helpful. I explained I’m autistic and they immediately assisted me and made the whole event feel as stress free as possible for me. I really appreciated it!
