I always use HMV when I want music or DVDs, I am happy to order anything that is not in store, it arrived quickly and happy with my purchase.

Really helpful staff
We wanted a certain item which was not available in store so a member of staff looked on line and found it. We ordered it and it arrived at our chosen destination. Great service

Fantastic choice of vinyl records in store and on line, great customer service is store with friendly helpful staff.
However would like to see better organisation of displayed records as found it difficult to find specific record I was looking for.

Vinyls for my 18 year son for Christmas
On both my occasions on hmv this Christmas time for my 18 year old son I was very happy with how the staff helped me. A lady called ciara helped me buy a oaisis limited edition strawberries and cream on vinyl and sent it to be delivered too , i appreciated that and so happy i was able to buy it too, then there was a man called Simon who helped us in finding and getting us the 3x vinyls for £66 my son wanted too, longpigs, stone roses and Other (never heard of) he got them straight away very efficiently done.

The online purchase was excellent
The online purchase was excellent, however previously we had gone into the Exeter store to try and buy in person. We were told that HMV no longer stocked or sold the Muppet Christmas Carol. It was only when I searched online to buy elsewhere that I discovered that HMV did stock it.
