Just look at the reviews on Trust pirate. They do it all the time. They say the credit card doesn't work. They say the credit card doesn't take the deposit and then they try and sell you the top insurance spoke to my credit card company and said there's nothing wrong with the card.What's an absolute scam of a company stay clear?

If you want to have a good stay, don't take a car from them!

1st: we waited 1 hour at the exit of the airport because no one !

2nd: they gave us a car without fuel by making us believe that there was a full tank of fuel.

3rd: they made us wait for 30 minutes in front of their rental agency and because of that, we almost missed our flight!

4th: they charge us €350 more for insurance by making us believe that it is mandatory!

To conclude, this is the worst car rental agency I have ever seen and if you want to have a good vacation, don't go to them!

From the online booking to the vechile return, everything was smooth and professional. The car was in superb condition and came at a great price. The customer service team was attentive and helpful, making ure all my questions were answered. I'm thoroughly impressed and will be returning!

Complete SCAM. Let me explain how they do it to save other people. So this is all about trying to get you to upgrade to their insurance policy which is twice the price of the original car hire cost booked through a third party. They keep their price low on comparison sites so they can come top and then force you to sign up to their insurance. They then ask for your credit card, once provided they press the red button on the card terminal to end the process, they get a print receipt which they show you to say your bank declined the deposit. I called my bank and showed him the online statement, the bank said no payment was attempted, I then told him to show me the process. That's when I saw him press the red button to end the process which gave a print out of the process which he said was the bank declining. He then said the only way was to pay the £550 insurance fee to mean a security deposit was not necessary. This is how they make money, not from the cheap car hire.

They also have two different rooms, when customers come into the same room that one customer is already in they are escorted to a different room to wait. Just so the new customers can't hear the process and see that the same thing that happened to the other customer is also happening to them. It's a classic scam and I wish I read all reviews before getting tricked by the low price on the comparisons site. Please be careful of them..

All the positive reviews are bought! Don’t be fooled!!! They have only one branch in Antalya, nowhere else!!!

A few weeks after my vacation, I noticed that nearly xxx € had been charged to my credit card without my knowledge. When I investigated, a person at E** informed me that I had received a fine of xxx TL, which turned out to be a mistake. They also promised that the overcharged amount of xxx € would be refunded. Unfortunately, this has not happened to date. I tried to contact them several times afterward, but at some point, I was ignored. Later, I noticed that another amount had been charged to my credit card by the same rental company, and I immediately had my credit card blocked. After conducting more detailed research online, I found that this company had done the same to many other customers (foreign tourists). Please check the reviews.

Unfortunately, the Hit Antalya tries to apply the "card is not working" scam and says that you can only rent if you take out full insurance, which costs the same price as renting the car. In other words, it doubles your cost. I have 4 cards...and none of them worked on Hit. I used it in several countries and even within Turkey. In other words, pure scam. Of course I did not accept. I remained calm, managed to do a search for Kayak and found the Green Motion option, with a price a little higher than Hit. Luckily there was availability. My card worked normally there. Yet another proof of the fraud of this Hit gang. I have all the proof and photos... Recommendation: spend a little more and hire a serious company and avoid the discomfort and stress of having to go looking for another company. It is not a robot trying to harm the company.... it really happened to me today.

I came to Antalya from England for a holiday. After the holiday, I wanted to rent a car. I found it on the internet and made the payment. When I went to pick up the car, they said that the car's transmission was broken. When I asked why they were giving me a broken car, they were surprised and said that the car was broken a moment ago and said let's give them another car. That's worse than that. They understand that people are forced to, so they give expensive cars. The customer service is also very bad. Don't be fooled, my friends. You will be a shame for yourselves. Have a nice day.

Thanks to the Internet and trust pilot. I can confirm I booked a car for 10 days via vip cars. After reading the reviews about cash deposits and deposits not being refunded. This gave me goosebumps. So I decided to cancel the booking. I contacted the company on WhatsApp but they didn't bother to respond to me. I am very pleased that I cancelled my booking. I will now land in Antalya and look for a reputable company from the airport. BE WARNED ⚠️. Thanks to the trust pilot community. To the owner I sent you a pic of my booking. So don't even come back with I never booked.

We use the service of Hitrentacar.com since a couple of years in Antalya, Istanbul or mostly in Izmir and I can recommend this company to everybody who needs a car at reasonable rates for holidays in Turkey. They are always friendly, helpful and relaible at all and we were not disappointed in anytime. It is an honest company!

It is a very honest company that gives everything. They are honest, have good service and are customer friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone, you will not regret it. I would especially like to thank Ersoy Mesut from Hitrentcar.com Delivery department, helped me enormously.

SCAM SCAM , please avoid this company , they said my credit card is not accepted for €600 deposit in order to charge me insurance €400 for 7 days , very rude and aggressive. We had to go back to the airport (as their office is 15-20 away from the airport ) and rent a car straight away from a different supplier which cost us much less with full insurance included

We booked an economy car through Carjet.com two weeks before our trip. The price seemed reasonable.

FIRST: The rental office is not located at the airport; it’s a 15-minute drive away. We had to wait 30 minutes in 38°C heat for their shuttle to pick us up. While inconvenient, this was manageable.

SECOND: Upon arrival at the rental office, the paperwork began. Although I had purchased full insurance through Carjet.com, the office insisted on placing a €900 hold on my credit card in case of an accident. They explained that any charges would be taken from this amount, and I would have to seek reimbursement from Carjet.com. This was frustrating but I accepted it.

THIRD: They informed me that the €900 hold would take five weeks to be refunded if no accidents occurred. After reading reviews, I discovered many customers had struggled to get their money back. During the paperwork, the staff received two phone calls from people inquiring about their refunds.

FOURTH: When I attempted to pay, the transaction was declined three times, despite using different cards, including a Turkish credit card. My banks confirmed that no charge attempts were made. Despite my request, the rental agent refused to contact his bank to resolve the issue. After multiple attempts, the rental agreement was canceled, and we were dropped back at the airport.

FIFTH: I have been trying to contact Carjet.com to get a refund on my deposit, but they have not responded. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. After returning to the Antalya airport, we found that none of the ten rental companies there had any cars available. It makes me wonder if they intended to rent the car to someone else at a higher price.

My key takeaways: Avoid Carjet.com, avoid this rental company, and never book with a rental service that isn’t located at the airport.

As a Turkish native, I found this experience particularly disappointing.
