I decided to have electric blinds fitted , I already had an electric blind in the living room that I had to take down to have new windows fitted , I knew I would be getting good quality from Hilary’s On the day Enoch118702 arrived on time , he put blinds up in the kitchen and bedroom , this gentleman not only adjusted the blind I had taken down (also a hilarys blind) he refitted it for me, would not hesitate to use them again exellent service

High quality shutters fitted on time and I was kept informed throughout the order process. This is the third time Hillarys have fitted blinds at our property now and I would always recommend them.

Really pleased with our new blinds and the whole installation experience. The installer was friendly, professional and clearly took pride in his work. Everything was fitted neatly and efficiently, and he made sure we were completely happy with the finished result before leaving. The blinds look fantastic and have really improved the room. Would definitely recommend!

Still no refund, they take your money, don’t deliver your product, then make you jump through hoops to get your money back, why would you trust a company who treat their customers this way ? Keep your money avoid this horrific company

This is a refund for a blind they failed to install I’m not looking for compensation or anything complicated, approaching two months from my fit date that has never happened and nearly a month since I was promised a refund, can not say it enough avoid this company at all costs if this is how they treat their customers with a standard fitting of a blind how do they react when there is actually a problem, they have all my details from my previous review but still nothing back from them, avoid avoid avoid

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company, had a fit date of 29th of June for a black out blind that I paid for in full early may, fit date came and went the blind hadn’t arrived, no reply from the fitter so went to Hilary’s who said the blind was at the fitters lock up he would get the fitters manager to get in contact which never happened, weeks went by of endless hours on hold trying to get an answer with multiple promises of a call back that I never received, finally got the promise of a refund on the 31st of July which would take 7/10 days this is the 19th of August and still waiting, finally got through this morning and told it’s just been realised by their treasury, so in summary 500£ out of pocket for over 3 months for a blind that never came, hours upon hours of being on hold and broken promises of calls back, honestly would avoid this company at all costs

Shutters look great. Easy process from start to finish. Clive fitted the shutters and his attention to detail really shows in the finished product.

Paul 119195 was the fitter. Very clean and attentive to his work area, spotless upon completion. He attended to post completion problems that arose from defective materials. We like the blinds they look very good from both inside and outside.
