£500+ Turntable arrived with a smashed lid. After weeks of emails and phone calls, I contacted the manufacturer, who happily sent me a replacement lid, free of charge.

We’d like to clarify that we did correspond with you via email and gave you a call regarding this matter and promptly requested a replacement to be sent to you. However, once a PayPal dispute was initiated, this temporarily placed the resolution on hold, as we were required to follow the dispute procedure set by PayPal.
We’re glad that the manufacturer was able to assist you with a replacement lid in the meantime and apologise again for any inconvenience caused during the process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further concerns, as we’re always here to help.
