They take no accountability over delivery and returns.
They take no accountability over delivery problems even when you pay for delivery. When you return an item, they will make you insure it for the full amount. Never in my adult life did I have to pay 30 GBP to return an item. There is absolutely no reason to ever buy from this place when other competitors treat their customers much better.

Good honest customer service
I ordered the wrong height speaker stands so I telephoned their sales department who informed me to simply place a new 2nd order for the correct height stands and return the 1st (incorrect) order at my expense (it was my mistake after all) and I received a full refund as promised within the month.

Bought a few turntables in the past, but this is by far the best turntable I’ve ever purchased the sound is great, punchy with full clarity, even my old vinyl sounds like new, it’s so easy to set up, no awkward weight, balance set up, just basically a plug & play, one very happy customer 👍👍

This is an update of a 5* review I left for a speedy and efficient delivery of a portable radio at a good price
Unfortunately they were less good when the radio turned out to be faulty, frequently losing stable connection. I had to be quite persistent to get the radio replaced
They first wanted me to return it at my expense, which didn’t seem fair, then tried to fob me off with nonsense about the DAB signal in my area, which is not at all remote and BBC say signal strength is fine here
The fact the replacement works perfectly confirms to me that the first one was faulty
I don’t know what they thought I hoped to gain by requesting an exchange - I can only think they thought that if they fobbed me off for long enough, I would give up and go away......

While your radio had passed the 30-day return period, and under usual circumstances would have been sent off for repair by the manufacturer, we did offer a replacement as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter swiftly. We understand how frustrating it must have been for you, and we did try our very best to assist.
Regarding the issue, Roberts radios can sometimes experience variances in signal strength depending on the area’s DAB coverage. While no specific fault was found with the original unit, we sent a replacement as a gesture of good will as testing it here confirmed there was no fault with the signal. This would have came back with a chargeable repair from Roberts with no fault found.
Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience throughout this process. We truly value your feedback, which helps us improve our service further. If there’s anything else we can help with, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
