Fast and accurate, no problems at all :)

Great site to buy headphones from. Lots of information broken down into different categories that are easy to follow so you end up with an informed choice, which not only suits your preferences but your budget too. I am very pleased with my purchase; the headphones do exactly what they said they would do. No sales gimmicks here from folk who clearly know what they are talking about. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be back whenever I need more headphone related devices or to upgrade from the excellent pair I now have. Communication and shipping first rate.

Had a problem fitting new pads to Sennheiser HD700 to replace worn pads. Sennheiser don't include instructions, and my new pads (which I confess came from another supplier, great mistake!) didn't have the separate rings and didn't look a bit like the back of the old pads. A conversation with one of the hifiheadphones advisors soon put me right. In one case the ring was attached to the old pad, in the other it was still attached to the headphone can itself. Following the phone instructions the whole thing was resolved in less than 5 minutes, new replacement pads securely fitted. I'll know where to buy my next set of headphones or replacements!

Everything arrived in good time and eventually with a bit of trial and error I have managed to find a suitable set up for the ear phones which give me a good sound. I have never been able to use in ear head phone and currently have a multitude of unused apple ear phones. So these are top notch.

One thing which slightly irks is with spending nearly £100 I was still charged postage ????

Found replacement ear pads for some much loved, quite old Sennheiser headphones. They arrived promptly, well packed and fit perfectly. My headphones look like new. Thanks for a great find. Would reccomend!

Bought headphones with a one year warranty, one of the wires connecting to the pause/next button disconnected entirely and now am getting jerked around by the manufacturer. They told me to go through Amazon, Amazon is telling me they'll give me only a portion of my money back. All I want is a replacement and no one seems to be able to help me with that... if there wasn't a one year warranty I wouldn't be upset but there's a warranty for a reason.

Received really good advice taking into account my hearing deficiency at the upper end. Bought Westone um pro 10. I am really pleased with the sound quality and range. Correct fitting earpiece was essential. I highly recommend this company and their advice and knowledge.
