This is an awful company you will not get your orders they do not have the stock to fulfill all of their orders and most go unfulfilled what Reddit has to say about this brand is absolutely horrible I am still waiting on an email to unlock my account and I have messaged them on IG about finding tracking information. They honestly just want you to place your order so they can take your money and ignore you I've already disputed the charges save your time and frustration this brand is awful.

I have made an order during Black Friday. I never received it, the support doesn't answer on Instagram or mail, and I basically have never heard back from them. Had to ask for a refund through my bank and at this point I just hope to have my money back

SCAM!!!!! placed an order October of 2023, took my money and never received the order. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They are disgusting deceitful scammers!!!!!

Placed an order October 5th, 2023 and have never received an update on my order (it is now January 2024). I emailed the contact available on the IG profile and was told their website had been hacked and they had a bunch of orders to fill. I understand that things happen, but to continue to do giveaways and special sales when you are already behind on fulfilling orders? Bad business. Save your money.

You get ABSOLUTELY NO response to communications. TicTok and IG both of their accounts have messages turned off. Theres no company phone number to contact for any support and you have to search for a email address which doesnt get a reply either. Ordered on 11/28/23 and dont have any messages or emails on shipment. Tried to dispute the charge with my bank and they wanted to say it was a legitimate charge.

Hello. If it was possible to choose 0 stars, I would. This bussiness is a SCAM, is fraudulent and you WILL loose your money. I placed an orden on mid november and I never received a confirmation email. I only have the order "number" because I took a picture of my screen when I made the purchase. I still haven't received my products. When I wrote to their email address to ask about the confirmation email, they said I should check my junk mail. I have checked everything and they never sent it. After that reply, I have written at least 3 emails to them inquiring about my VERY delayed order and they do not reply at all. I am a fool, if I had checked this website before buying I never would have done so, but here we are. Please do not fall for this scam. I have started legal procedures with my bank and I have reported them to every goverment/police/consumer office I've thought of, but I'm hopeless about getting my money back. I lost about 80€ - it doesn't seem like much but it is a lot for me.. I had been saving that money as a treat for me and some Christmas gifts for people I love. I just hope as many people as possible read this and don't fall for it like I did. Hidden Cosmetics is a Scam and a nightmare.

They have a nerve to say I'm spamming them after never even recieving a confirmation email but yet they got the money..tf. spam site 100% they have me 2 different email as well

I ordered several items from Hidden Cosmetics in August, I have still not received my items and Royal Mail informed me the tracking number was fake. I have emailed and commented several times and they have not responded. They lack basic people skills and customer service and will be filing a complaint. The Order # was 27976. I am requesting a full refund

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed my order 01/13/2023, (almost a whole year ago, todays date is 12/10/2023), and I have yet to receive my products. I’ve sent so many emails, Dm’d their social accounts, left comments on their pages, and still nothing. The tracking link for my products comes up as “Page Not Found” if I click on it, and overall it’s just a terrible experience. I contacted my bank today to dispute it since nobody had gotten back to me. Very disappointing because the products look nice, and I was very excited. Do NOT order!!! They need to be taken down! It’s all a Scam!

This company set up an online contest that I actually won. When I tried to claim the reward (eyeshadow), they simply said “no” and blocked me.

Pure scum of the earth. ordered almost 2 weeks ago, never recieved a confirmation email. Tried to get in contact with them via instagram, fb and email with no response. Wont let me comment on insta anymore, Once i started making comments on fb they finally decided to reply back. but they just gave me lies saying they sent an email and that my order has been shipped. LIES! NEVER RECIEVED ANY EMAIL AND I EVEN CHECKED THE JUNK FOLDER. They insist they sent an email and even had 'proof'. they just claim i commented out of 'pure hate' but i told them i was happy to delete my comments once i was provided proof that my order had been sent! Mind you once i had asked for the said proof they NEVER REPLIED AFTER THAT! WILL BE CONTACTING VISA AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. Trash company, trash people. hope karma gets them

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are a big scam, DONT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order on October 6th 2023, I sent them over 20 emails and didn’t once get a reply. They have also now deleted my account and think they will get away with it. Not a chance. My bank is on the case and I’m contacting ActionFraud by the Police to report fraud. They claim they are UK base but I suspect they are a foreign company. They never send out order, look at all these reviews. I should have known this would happen as I didn’t check Trustpilot in advance to see all the terrible reviews. I’m hoping my bank refunds me and that will be a giant middle finger to the scammers. Please… Do not buy from them. Never, ever, ever. This has affected my mental health, it’s caused me so much stress. I’ve had 2 family members pass away in recent months, so when someone takes advantage like this it ruins your confidence in online shopping. It’s an awful thing to go through close to Christmas. So… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF THIS CLEAR SCAM.

I ordered back in January 2023, never got my order so I inquired in May 2023 and they said to give them my order # so I did, never heard back and it’s currently Nov 12, 2023. I commented on their IG earlier today inquiring on my order and I’m now post blocked.

I made a big order back in April, and am still yet to receive my order. I was sent a shipping email a couple of months ago, which was obviously fake! My emails were answered originally and I was told my order would be shipped. However, once my fake shipping email was sent they no longer replied to emails. I highly suggest you don’t waste your money with this company!

I ordered a lit of makeup on 1st sept 2023. It's now 10th nov. N still nothing I've emailed them twice to ask for a refund. No reply. Has anyone had money back. Or know what I should do

Is it possible to give zero stars? I consider myself a scam aware customer but this company/individual fooled me. I placed an order back in May of 2023 and to date have not received any product nor a refund. I've contacted them many times via email as per their 'customer service' and received not one acknowledgement. I've posted on insta, commented on their posts on FB and you think even in the interest of saving face they would comment or even remove my post. They are NOT REAL. do not order anything from this wack entity

If you want to give your money away and get really pissed off because you're going to be ignored ad nauseam, congratulations! You've found your online makeup shop that will make your dreams come true! Amm, on top of that, they get offended when you tell them what happened to you so they don't rip anyone else off. The worst experience I've ever had buying makeup online and I've even bought from the USA without any problems and I live in Europe, with an ocean in between. Don't be fooled by the reels!

Would leave 0 stars. I ordered my product back im April, have sent a number of emails asking for support, and have had very little response from the company. Asked for a refund and got fobbed off. Avoid as I am now starting to think its a scam. As you can see I havent recieved the item, no tracking provided.
