i bought from them january 2023 and didn’t receive until july 2023. only reason i received them was because i bullied and harassed them

I placed an order in February 2023. I have literally begged for my order to be sent out. I’ve seen people receiving orders which were placed in 2024 and it is so disheartening that I have to constantly email and beg to receive an order that I paid money for. Absolutely dishonest company and I was 100% Scammed

I placed an order (ORDER #27479) on May 14th 2023 and since this date, nothing… rien, nada. Not even a refund despite my numerous emails and messages through Instagram.
I have 60 thousand followers on TT, should I make a video?
Could you at least refund me?

I've placed my order in Dec 2022 and I'm still waiting for it. They say must resend emails n dms but they still don't send the orders. I'm dam tired of waiting and they always lying. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! isn't an issue with royal mail anymore. I don't care that my 2 orders were placed in 2022 n 2023 but I want a refund for both of them.

Scam company. They claim they switched owners frequently so that they don't get in trouble for scamming people. Everyone can see now that they never ship orders and it's all a scam. They'll refund you months later and then say they didn't scam you since they gave your money back. I'm pretty sure they're in a money laundering scam. Do not order!

SCAMMERS, have reported them to the police. I’m surprised they are still operating, ordered a eyeshadow pallet early December, contacted them multiple times and have not received a thing or even a response to any of my messages on instagram, email or phone. 100% scammers. If you have been scammed please report to action fraud.org

If I could give it no stars I would! Scam company, I’m still waiting to get my order that I placed in November 2023! They don’t send you an order confirmation email and will give you lots of excuses. Do not believe a single thing this company tells you.
You can find their company address on Companies House and if you are in the area, I suggest you pay them a visit if you don’t get your order. That’s what I intend to do!

I made my order around November 2023 and still waiting for my products to this day.
What they do is take your money and run with it! There’s no REAL business behind those beautiful instagram stories, reels and videos. They are just ripping you off and make you go on a wild goose chase trying to get in touch with them. I’ve personally sent around 10 emails to those various email addresses they keep advertising on instagram but NO ANSWER! They have no intention whatsoever to ship your products cause they don’t have them. Their “business” is complete BS!! I’ve contacted my bank and also police about their business being nothing but fraud!!

Never received my order from October 2023. I emailed November 16th, 2023 and the CEO emailed me back saying they were working on honoring past orders. I’ve not received my order or an update since. They keep advertising on Instagram and taking orders. Their Instagram keeps hiding and deleting negative comments from those of us who have been scammed. I’ve reported them to the FTC and UK Insolvency Service!

I had ordered mine on Black Friday and I still have not received it. They stop responding to all my emails and for what I see on Reddit they’ve been scamming people for years. I never got a confirmation email either but I do have the transaction from my bank I’ve been writing on every single post on TikTok and Instagram every single thing they post I write how they are scamming people is for people not to buy it because unfortunately I didn’t know better.

The first time I order from this company over a year and a half ago, I got my order. It took about a month but I got it. This time I ordered a few thing back at the beginning of Oct 2023. I got no response or tracking info by the end of Nov 2023. So I saw on IG that something had happened to the company and that they were rebuilding the website and had a new email. So I wrote to the new email in the beginning of Dec asking about my order and got a response within a couple of days letting me know that they are sifting through orders that were not fulfilled and when they pack mine I will get a few gift for my patience. I waited until about 2 weeks ago, so mid Jan 2024 asking for an update. To this day, end of Jan I have still yet to get a response. Yet they are still advertising fulfilling new orders on their social media.

I ordered x2 pigments from them April 2023…..I’m still waiting for my order!!! When I’ve emailed I’ve got absolutely no response. If you look at their instagram page people leave negative comments and they’re deleted constantly, because I’ve been checking. I’m really surprised they haven’t been shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Items never received, ordered Oct 2023, chased order and recieved an reply stating problems with company directors and would be posted before end of 2023, again never recieved- emailed again and recieved a generic response stating items would be posted 1st week of Jan 2024 again never recieved goods. Company now ignoring emails and social platform messages requesting either the items or a refund. Company still posting all over social media will all these amazing deals but ignoring any comments questioning them.

I ordered, they withdrew the money - and I never heard from them again. Tried to contact them several times, but they are not responding.

Watch out!!! And don’t buy from them!

My items was never sent. Have tried to contact the Company for a whole year now, they just delete my comments on Instagram.

I made an order back in October, 2023, and have yet to receive my order despite reaching out. I have not even received a response from my inquiry. I should have researched more, because apparently this company is notorious for taking orders and NOT shipping the products.

Never received my orders. I got a response after ordering from their help email with a screenshot of my orders in lieu of a confirmation email.

Since then I have attempted to follow up 4 times and had no response. I will now report as fraud.
