There were a few shipment issues with the local DHL shipment provider (not Werns' fault) and the customer support helped me all the way through, keeping me updated on any status updates and providing a full refund when the lamp couldn't be delivered.

I've purchased lamps with Werns in the past and they are still my favorite center pieces.

I had a great experience with Werns' customer service. I ordered a candlestick, but unfortunately, it arrived broken. I returned it and reached out to their customer service team. Their response was quick and efficient, with regular email updates throughout the process. The item was promptly reimbursed. Thank you, Werns!

I placed an order for the octopus lamp, arrived broken, contacted on December 24, to this day they have not responded to me! I would like the product fixed but they do not send the return label nor respond to emails, completely unprofessional!

We ordered two gold monkey lights for our hallway. They arrived in perfect condition, were exactly as advertised, great quality - very happy! One of the bulbs was faulty (not their fault) and they refunded me instantly. Top company all round.

Amazing products and good customer service

Highly responsive to questions and assistance if there is a problem and this is what separates the great from the bad. We’ve bought things twice now and plan to continue as they are such creative pieces!

The designs are really unique and excellent quality. The customer service team responded promptly and helpfully to my queries. I would highly recommend.

I bought some plates as a gift for my wife, unfortunately the plates were not delivered personally but to a DHL Packstation.
To my surprise, when I opened the box, the last plate was completely destroyed. I returned it and contacted Werns, where David got back to me quickly and efficiently.
I received a refund for the value of the product and have purchased the plates again.

awesome unique items. I ordered the Gold Lobster Desk lamp. It arrived quickly and on time. The item itself is epic! Customer Services (David) were very quick to reply and ensure the that the item was received. Only negative is that I hadn't considered I'd need to get a 'Euro to UK' adapter plug. My fault for not checking. So, as of this review I wasn't able to test to make sure it works. I'm sure it does.

After an item arrived broken, I contacted Werns and sent a photo. Their response was quick, friendly and helpful. They gave a full refund and offered a discount if I reordered, which I’ve done.

The goods are exceptional and unique. I did have a delivery problem but it was rectified by Dave. I’m glad he sorted it the teapot was well worth the wait.

I really love the look of their products. I did however have a small problem which was easily managed by their client support. I got fast answers and a refund. Afterall Im happy with the interaction
