I returned two orders (numbers 63548 and 63549), but the payment was still charged to my credit card. Via Klarna everything is settled, but the payment on creditcard I haven’t received a refund yet. I paid the shipping cost with Klarna but the order with credit card is still not processed.

I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times via the contact form, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I bought something which I had to change and they solved it, and gave a discount code for the future. I like the store and I will buy again in the future. Thanks

I bought the most beautiful teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug. Absolutely exquisite and great quality. I have to drink a bitter herb tea everyday and now I do it with joy.

I ordered two elephant and parrot candle holders. They are stunning. The eclectic design and wonderful detailing make them a real statement piece. The minute they arrived I loved them so much I immediately placed another order for two of a different design. Great product and fabulous customer service. If you want quality products that will enhance your home look no further.

Ordered royal sheep picture which came and I absolutely love. David from customer service was great and answered all my query quickly. Have had to knock one star off as delivery was longer than quoted on website and was unaware that DHL were delivering to Evri in Germany so was concerned that I could only see my parcel delivered to somewhere in Germany. As said David did let me know when I questioned this and would have no hesitation in placing another order with Werns. And picture looks amazing on my wall

Customer Service is excellent and the products are beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a lamp. They did not package it well so it arrived broken. I could return it for free. I got the money for the lamp and the shipping costs back. I did not want to keep the lamp anyway, because the colour wasnt as bright as in the pictures. The customer service was nice. Though you do have to wait a week between replies. My tips are to make sure the colours in the pictures are true to reality and to package the items better (dont just put a lamp in a box in a HUGE box. It will bang against everything during shipping and break)

I've ordered three table lamps from Werns. One came broken and David was very helpful about the process to return it. The refund came very quickly and David gave me a discount code for the inconvenience. I am very happy with my lamps.

Order 2 lamps for 650£ total the small one arrived but the large snake lamp 400£ has not. Used evri for a 640£ order the worst and cheapest delivery company in the UK. No response to emails no phone or live chat impossible to get a hold of them.

Apart from a lack of information I am extremely happy with the candle sticks and overall the experience will definitely use Werner’s again

I ordered over £200 pounds worth of products from this company. They sent it to the wrong address, so I am not able to receive it. I attempted to contact them both via email, and on instagram and no one has responded. They are a scam, do not spend your money with them.

The seller failed to deliver my items to my address twice. The third time I received them broken. Very poor quality of service.

I ordered a parrot candleholder. It’s beautiful. Arrived safely, very well packed and protected. Would order again from the company. I had to email them about this order but I must say I received an answer very quickly from the company. Thank you.
