The check-out procedure is usually quick and painless. This time it wasn't quite as quick since the vehicle I picked up had not been checked in when returned by the prior renter, but still quicker than other companies from which I've rented.

Father-daughter trip to CO & UT
My daughter and I took a trip to Co & Utah together. Shuttle pickup was smooth, we were able to pick out a vehicle immediately upon arrival, checkout was efficient, had no mechanical problems the entire week of the rental, check back-in was smooth (and did not try to nitpick any details about the vehicle condition which was as we received it) and shuttle back to airport was efficient. All around solid execution on every part of our rental helped make a great trip!
