Good Selection of Products

I am delighted that HerbsPro stocks Lumify which is not available over the counter in the country in which I live. Thank you!
The only reason I have not given HerbsPro 5 stars is due to the time it took to receive the product. I seriously wondered if it had somehow got lost. However, when I contacted HerbsPro, I received a response and a reassurance it was on its way and, yes, I received it in due course.
I will definitely be coming back to HerbsPro to order more Lumify so please keep stocking it! 😀

Not Impressed

Overall, it just took too long to receive this small order. I ordered on December 30, and did not receive until January 14. Even with a bad weather delay possibly, it still took too long. I did not receive any updates during that period until the day before it actually shipped. Also, I ordered 2 masks. I opened the first one and the elastic cord broke with 2 days. I basically paid for 2 items but can only use one. Not happy about that.

First it took 3 weeks then i was told 2…

First it took 3 weeks then i was told 2 times that it was shipped when it wasn't, so i said cancel the order & refund me so he said ok & that i would receive my refund within 48 hours, then 2 days later i got my order but it was badly damaged & 16 oz instead of the 32 oz i ordered, won't be ordering from you again!

The price was good and the ordering…

The price was good and the ordering process simple. I would have given a better rating except it took close to two weeks to receive the merchandise, in my opinion, that’s entirely too long.
