You sent the wrong product

You sent the wrong product. I ordered the purple bottle/box as evidenced by my confirmation email photo. You sent the blue bottle/box which contains way less ingredients mgs as the purple bottle. I told you this as soon as I opened the package but you never replied. So here is your one star review.

Dishonest Company

Dishonest company and I would give negative stars if I could. It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed an order and my package says it's still in California and in fact the post office never even received anything from them to ship to me. I live in Michigan and when I tried to send multiple Emails they never replied. You stole my money and won't make it right. This company is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shipping issues with no customer support & communication

I ordered four bottles of shampoo. When the bottles arrived, there were only three bottles. I received no notification of this, and no notification that the fourth bottle would shipped at a later date. I tried contacting the company and could not get a hold of a representative. Nobody answered the phone when I called and it was weeks before an email was replied to. My fourth bottle finally arrive this weekend.

Additionally, I purchased the shampoo through this company because the price was significantly lower than buying it at the store. However, when the cost of shipping was factored in (which was more than the four bottles) the price was about the same as if I walked down to the store to buy them. And given the shipping issues, this is what I will be doing next time.

I was looking for a very small pill holder…

I was looking for a very small keychain pill-holder on Google, and almost all that I found were too larger, until I came upon herbspro.com offering exactly what I was looking for. The price and delivery were great (so I ordered several, in order to have back-ups in case I lost one)!

They sent what they wanted

I placed my order for 2 bottles for a specific product. I was sent something else. Seems to be that because they didn't have it they sent what they thought was close enough which it is not. I will not be ordering from these folks again!

Absolutely brilliant item

Absolutely brilliant item, works great on my 3 year old frenchies ears, I got one before in uk, but now the uk ones don't have hydrocortisone in, I did get one (it was same price) but it didn't work at all, but luckily I saw Herbspro advertised on Google, and I now have a happy dog again, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with bad ears

I like that they have the xclear sugar free cough drops available. Not happy with there shipping and not being able to get fast delivery dates. I will go to the shop when it's less that 25 miles.

I still haven't received a refund for…

I still haven't received a refund for the products I ordered that I never received. But they did charge my credit card for items I did not order. I ordered five bottles of Oregaresp 90 capsules, and they sent five jars of Oregashield cream instead. I have no use for the cream that costs far less than the $184.12 that was charged to my card. When are they even going to respond. I have called and left messages, and emailed concerning this error. I guess I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau.
