Second time that I have used this company and the service was great again. Ordered my pump at 3pm and it got delivered at 8.30 the next morning. Great to deal with and the pump works great. Thanks again.

This company has no morals. Bought a pump and returned within 14 days due to not working, at my cost. Promptly charged a 20% restocking fee and a claim that it is working. I suggest finding an alternative supplier.

Good advice always given and speedy next day delivery.

It is rare these days to find someone that goes above and beyond good service. Henry pumps have gone WAY over and above with the help they gave me this afternoon, this can only be classed as beyond exceptional, Thank you Jamie and team for your help, you have saved the generation and production on our energy plant!!

Received helpful advice over the telephone prior to purchasing a puddle pump. Goods received the next morning, well packed and easy to setup and use.

Excellent company to deal with, I needed an tsurumi oma2 sump pump and was quoted £399+vat and del from tsurumi. I spoke with Jamie at Henry pumps and was advised that I needed the oma5 pump. Ordered it yesterday at 10.30 am and it arrived today at 9.30am. Less than 24hrs later!
And at a cost of £344.40 inc vat and del

Needed a pump for our sports pitch urgently when ours broke down. Called into their trade counter and they had just the pump I needed. Great advice on the day. Pump in and working great!

Not to be trusted!

All the positive reviews are based on quick delivery times and not customer service. Henry Pumps gave me some poor advice, then ignored emails and then refused on multiple occasions to meet their responsibilities, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to accept a return.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I am pursuing via other means.

Excellent next-day delivery, via DHL needed some pre- purchase advice which Theo supplied, and needed some further clarification post-purchase which again Theo Assisted in Supplying. The pump is now installed and all working as it should. Buy with confidence.

Item arrived the day after ordering & was well packaged. Great service

I bought a pump from this company and wanted some extra information about the pump that was not in the instructions.

I e-mailed them some days ago, but as usual, no reply.

I don't know why people like these bother to have any support contacts as they clearly either don't look in their in box or more likely, can't be bothered.

Typical lazy UK company who take your money in seconds but that's the last you hear from them.

There are probably better companies out there selling pumps, use them and not this shower.

CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH.
The whole transaction from the ease of ordering, the speed of processing to the order confirmation was exceptional.
My item arrived the next day, which was also a plus, considering the CV-19 situation.
The packaging and product was first class. The whole experience, being my first purchase from Henry Pumps, was first class.
