Ordered a dress and immediately realized I didn’t need it and emailed return customer service to see if I could cancel it and get a full refund instead of store credit and they very quickly responded and said yes. So quick and nice!

Lisa the Customer Care Specialist was AMAZING! I emailed about a return, and was curious about when the store credit would hit. I love the dress but it was too small so I needed a size up. She was able to help me right away and offered to provide a refund instead so I can order the correct size right away. It was so helpful and truly made my week!

Lisa was so kind and helped me fix a big error that occurred. The dress arrived and it’s beautiful!! But because I didn’t order it, she let me ship it back. You don’t find customer service that helps people that much these days. I will be shopping here again.

They don’t restock everything so had to find another dress which came in quite fast, but the dress quality is horrible based off the prices that I paid.

Really disappointed by the quality of the dresses. I ordered the same dress in 2 sizes. I didn’t even bother trying them on. Material was awful and they looked so cheap. Then to discover I have to pay £15 to return these was really disappointing.

Ordered 2 dresses, one wasn’t right so decided to return it, I was shocked when I had to pay £15 to return one item of clothing.
If I had known I wouldn’t have bothered ordering. It’s a shame as lots of nice things on the site but I can’t justify paying £15 to send something back if not right.
The dress I did keep was £75 so with the £15 returns label basically means it was £90
Not ok!

I received my dress within a week of ordering. I love the dress I ordered, it is as the website photos indicate, size is perfect. I had a minor issue and sent a message to alert them, the issue was resolved immediately and very satisfactorily. I am very impressed with Hello Molly, and will definitely order from this company again.
