Professional, courteous and on it! Couldn't be more happy with Dr. Mahi and how she understood my situation and dealing with everything so promptly. 6 stars!

After making an appointment &filling out the necessary paperwork on the website the doctor Maykelyn Felipe never replied to anything on the portal, missed the appointment, and had a bogus phone number so we couldn't even call her to see if we could reschedule. When asking for a refund, Klarity informed us that they could not refund anything because it was up to the doctor who didn't show up and had a bogus phone number. Beware this company, if something goes wrong there is no recourse & they simply don't care.

Alexa Gladstone exceeded my expectations for my appointment. I went into this after cancelling two appts and didn’t know what to expect. I’m not used to things working out for me. This really is one time everything did workout. Even after running into trouble with the pharmacy Alexa did everything she could to make sure I got the medication I needed. I’d recommend Alexa and Klarity to anyone.

I have tried for years to find a therapist I felt safe talking to. Morgan not only listened but she has a plan and it's already helping me immensely. The office assistant Jenna is so kind. I would definitely recommend connecting with a provider with the Klarity app. It was simple to book and they handle the insurance process.

They were Unable to help me and still charged me and fought refunding me every step of the way. The doctor told me i would be refunded as he was unable to provide a service for me. Customer service was extremely difficult and know they didn't provide me any service yet wouldn't refund me.

I needed medication other than what I was given and wrote a note to the provider beforehand. I think the company sees patients knowing they are unwilling to assist.

Dr was great but the pharmacists needed clarification. Asked him to call them at 763-754-6409. They just needed to confirm and they would release my script. One simple question. He won’t call so I can’t get my pills.

I had an appointment with Alexandria on Tuesday for medication for anxiety. She told me she could call in my refill of lorazepam. I had been out of medicine since the Sunday before. No refill was called in. I spent $133 for 5 minutes with her and no refill she had promised. Luckily I found a real psychiatrist that could help me with my anxiety meds. I think I deserve a refund. I contacted her through the chat line about it and she said she called it in to CVS pharmacy, but she didn't.

I was impressed that my NP spent an entire hour with me asking questions about my daily life, my summary of life from early childhood, and my overall health in order to ensure the best treatment for my struggles with insomnia!

Horrible experience. I needed medication I have been taking for 10 years. I usually saw my provider once a year. My healthcare provider retired. I thought this would be quicker as getting into another provider at the practice was a while.
The first appointment I made with Klarity the provider sent me a message saying they were not available at the arranged time. Then Klarity charged me for a missed appointment fee (for an appointment I didn't have) of $150. They refused to reimburse putting blame on the provider, who also wouldn't reimburse. Second appointment I accidentally hit cancel then reached out and rebooked it immediately with the provider. Another $150 cancelation fee. The provider was going to charge me through headway $450 insurance rate or $200 out of pocket. I chose $200 out of pocket. Talked with the provider for 2 minutes. She told me I needed to see her 3 times before she could prescribe my medicine I'd been taking for 10 years without issue. So minimum $900 physician assistance fees to get a 2 minute meeting and a 30 day supply of medicine that cost me out of pocket $10 a pill. And I pay $10,000 a year for medical insurance. It took me a day on the phone trying to resolve this and its still not resolved. I went back to my old providers group. Complete scam.

Total Waste of Time—Providers Are Completely Unqualified for SWSD
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Klarity.com. This platform is frequently recommended for treating Shift Work Sleep Disorder (SWSD), yet it was painfully clear from the moment the appointment started that my Nurse Practitioner had no idea what they were doing.
An assessment for a specific medical condition requires a provider who actually understands the diagnostic criteria. My NP,Nicole Diaz didn't even know the basic questions to ask to assess for SWSD. I ended up feeling like I was the one educating the "professional" I paid to see. It is incredibly discouraging to seek help for a condition that impacts your daily life, only to be met with such a profound lack of clinical competence.
Reasons to avoid this company:
Incompetent Staff: They claim to specialize in certain areas but assign providers who lack the most basic knowledge of those conditions.
Zero Value: I feel completely ripped off. I paid a premium for an "expert" consultation and received absolutely nothing of value in return.
Poor Screening: If a company is going to market itself for specific disorders, they have a responsibility to ensure their practitioners are actually trained to treat them.
Do not waste your money here. If you are looking for an actual medical assessment and professional guidance, look elsewhere. This site is a cash grab that prioritizes volume over patient care.

The doctor was very knowledgeable about innovative treatment options that had not crossed my mind. I am delighted with his professionalism and compassion.
