I set up my first appointment…..
I set up my first appointment and was called the day before the appointment asking if I would reschedule. Whenever I chose a new date to reschedule I was then charged $150 for rescheduling. On my rescheduled date I sent in the “ waiting room” for the hour. I was supposed to be on the call. When I never got a phone call and I had to call the number to get a hold of Klarity I was then asked to reschedule again. I honestly feel like I was forgotten about this is why mental health help is a scam. I try to actually do something for mental health and it seems like I have to fight the world every time just to be seen. I will fight too with the mail to get $150 back from the first bull crap scam charge.

I had such a great experience with Chika Ojeyemi
I had such a great experience with Chika Ojeyemi. Switching providers is stressful, but she made it a whole lot easier. She was friendly, professional, and very understanding from the start, and I felt like she actually listened to me.
I was so grateful that I was able to get a telemedicine appointment the same day - actually within just a few hours! Chika was attentive, easy to talk to, and took the time to go through everything with me.
Because of my state’s regulations, I also needed an in-person visit, and I was able to be seen the very next day. The whole process was smooth and much less stressful than I expected. She even had my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy the same day, which was such a relief.
Chika was absolutely wonderful. She was so cheerful and kind, and it’s clear that she genuinely enjoys helping her patients. She’s also very responsive to messages, which made the whole process feel easier.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider.

I had a very pleasant experience using Klarity for online weight loss medication. My provider was Leah Arcuri and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I did not feel rushed and she took the time to answer all of my questions and came up with multiple options for me. The video meeting started right on time, as well. I would highly recommend Klarity. Book your appointment with Leah Arcuri if you are in the NY/PA area. You will not be disappointed!

Exceptional Telehealth Care When I Needed It Most
I had a telehealth appointment today with Iesha and had a wonderful experience. She was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire appointment comfortable and stress-free.
This telehealth option was especially convenient for me because I’m currently traveling for work-related purposes and am unable to see my primary care doctor since I’m 23 hours away from home. Having access to quality care while away made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for the help and professionalism I received from Iesha. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding provider.

The care I received was beyond my expectations
I'm not able to tick every box, but I would if I were able to. I was cautiously optimistic about the appointment, but the caution quickly subsided as soon as the appointment began. I felt heard, understood and cared for by Dr. Pandey. I'd recommend this service to anyone. It was easy to book a next day appointment. The cost is very reasonable, and the care exceeded my expectations.

One of the best doctors I've ever been…
One of the best doctors I've ever been to! She was very kind, took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and seemed to understand well. She gave me extra time for this first appointment and shared alot of helpful pointers that have worked well for patients in the past. Dr Shumeka Hill is a very compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable doctor that I look forward to seeing again. I really liked her and definitely will be back and hope to refer a relative to Dr Hill in the future.
