being harassed as they try to sell me more insurance + misleading coverage names
Misleading coverage names, especially pet insurance.
Additionally, I was harrassed by one employee trying to sell me more insurance, after multiple calls where I clearly said "I do not want more insurance, please do not contact me" he called AGAIN so I had to block his number.
I also contacted getsafe to report the incident and I never heard back.

Getsafe is affordable and efficient
Getsafe is affordable, easy to set up and manage, and I have never had an issue. My Liability and Pet Insurance are both from Getsafe, and I've had no issues submitting claims before. Their customer support is also quick and effective, as well as friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend them for insurance! :)

Got deal done
I had a huge amount of question but Adrian Behr had good knowledge about investing he helped me built a life long portfolio and was very polite throughout session despite internet issues from my end. Overall its a great experience to be with a big name like getsafe because I might need them somewhere again in 2060's when I am reaching my retirement age.
Getting everything in english is a luxury in Germany.
