Fantastic A2 CofC / GVC Training Course, provided by the team at Heliguy. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have assisted me with all parts of my theory, practical and operations manual.

Our company trained six new drone pilots in April (GVC), the whole experience was very well structured from start to finish.
The theory part was online and provided all the needed pre-practical knowledge, easy exam.
During the practical training we were shown everything required to operate safely and use the drone's functionality. As well, the practical exam was easygoing and the instructors were helpful throughout.

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable team of people, never more than a phone call away and always happy to help. I received all the support I needed to pass through my training and examinations with ease. We also use HG as the supplier for out drones and parts. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to Rauiri, Faye, Tom and all that helped me along the way.

I was 1 person in a cohort off 6 undertaking training to pass the GVC Drone test. Days 1 and 2 spent getting used to operating a drone, undertaking risk assessment's, checking the drones over, understanding flight crew briefings etc. Day 3 was assessment day, that put all what we learnt into practice - fortunately I passed!!!!
Brandon and Chris were extremely competent in imparting the knowledge, brilliant trainers (even for me being an older dude!!) however Chris did have some dodgy jokes.
2 days practical training does focus your mind but maybe for myself another day might have allowed me to be less nervous on the final day and relaxed me but in the end a pass is a pass. Great training , great company and even the weather held for us. Thanks guys.

Practical course was also very thorough and content always made relevant to our industry and how we will potentially use the drones on a day to day basis.

The course staff are excellent, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The materials and learning management system are clear, concise, thorough, and easy to use. I very much enjoyed my time working towards the A2 CofC and can wholeheartedly recommend Heliguy to anyone wishing to get their A2 CofC licence. Carried out my GVC and A2 CofC training with Heliguy in March.
This is a course we have been asking to get on for a while at work and I am so happy our company use Heliguy.
The course was harder than I thought but the trainers - Jack, Brandon and Lois delivered the training brilliantly and were very professional. I was more worried about the theory side of things but to be honest the trainers delivered it so well that I managed to pass.
We had to travel up again to Newcastle to carry out flight assessment because we were unable to complete that because of the weather on the last 2 days.
Even then Heliguy were quick to get us back up there to complete our training and again it was first class training given.
I would recommend this company to anyone because its the best course I have ever been on. Keep up the good work.

Really impressed with the way Andrew and the team dealt with an urgent repair on our M300 which was needed back in service for an imminent job. Communications were excellent and the repair solved our issue. We've used Heliguy for many years and happy to continue our relationship with them both for purchases and repairs.

Informative and helpful instructors with a passion for drones

I have just finished the GVC course and found the online materials easy to follow. The training team are great at answering any questions and made me feel supported throughout the process.

STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY SENT MY PARCEL TO A WRONG ADDRESS THEN WHEN THEY GOT THE PARCEL BACK THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN BUT BY BANK TRANSFER AFTER THEY MADE ME PAY BY A LINK STAY WELL CLEAR SAVES YOU ALOT OF STRESS!

Carried out my GVC and A2 CofC training with Heliguy at Shrigley Hall, the course was difficult and quite possibly the hardest course I have ever undertaken. There were many times where I thought I wouldnt be successful, however, the course instructors were great, Brandon and Lois delivered some great content and albeit slightly death by power point they still managed to make the sessions engaging, really good job. Jack was my flight instructor and he was class, after the first day I was ready to hang up my wings but Jack managed to reassure me throughout, his teaching methods were brilliant.
Overall, great experience and would recommend Heliguy to anyone wanting to do this course.

Recently Undertook training with Heliguy and Purchased a new Drone from them, on all fronts they were fantastic and this is now a vital tool we can use in our business, cannot thank Ruairi & Tom enough for all they have done with training, advice & the procurement of a new drone, amazing work all around, would highly recommend.

Heliguy has always been a go to in terms of training, tech supply, repair and everything in UAV. They have been a great help towards my GVC conversion. They are strict for a reason. :)

Had a days introduction to drone flying. Hats off to Jack & Tom for making it such an informative and enjoyable day. Looking forward to getting more flight time in before completing the online course. Cheers Guys
