Excellent work - had to remove a bit of wood stopping him from getting to the boiler to do a full service - previous engineers from another well known company have never mentioned it - so very confident the boiler was serviced correctly now.

A company that shows up on time and dose a great job is what everyone wants.

I've used Scottish Gas before and they let you down all the time with just not showing up to do your service.

I will definitely be using HeatFix again, the engineer was Alun Semple, he explained everything to me step by step and can tell that he cares about his work and did a great job.

Never had any issue with The Edinburgh Boiler Co they have always been helpful and reliable when needed. Today I’ve just had a Boiler Service from Alun who was professional tidy and thorough, also arrived when they said they would! Alun also provided me with some efficient and useful heating tips as well as answering a couple of Hive queries I had. All in all very happy with the service.

Very efficient, Ryan called ahead to offer me an earlier appointment, which was great. He arrived on time, explained the work as he went along. He was professional and polite.

The engineer was extremely thorough and didn't try to push me towards any unnecessary services, unlike other companies I have used in the past. I will definately be using Heatfix again in future.

The driver was courteous and on time he phoned to give me an ETA. Very professional and polite which is lacking in other industries. Plus nothing needed done which was a bonus.

Gracie from the Edinburgh boiler company was fast and efficient and getting someone to look at my boiler , Darren came to my premises and advised me that the boiler was leaking in a few places , was totally happy with his advice to get my boiler replaced , would highly recommend

Alun the engineer was very efficient in identifying the problem with the boiler.Unfortunately the part was not a stock item and had to be ordered in.Now up and running and rechecked.

Alun was brilliant, sorted the issue in no time - really helpful, friendly, no hesitation to book with them again.

Engineer arrived on time and made a thorough examination of the boiler and identified a problem with the flue and fixed it. Extremely pleasant individual. Couldn't have been nicer.

Excellent service! I am pleased that my boiler company subcontracted my regular boiler servicing to HeatFix. Not only did they provide a great, convenient, friendly service but they also have a local base, so I can deal with actual people rather than a multinational corporation and their proxies in Swindon or wherever.

Good service, on time, no problem. No rear legs left on the Donkey, I got one & Gary got the other.😄

I'd recently had an annual service to my boiler which suggested a power flush was required for the system. I chose HeatFix Scotland for the job, mainly after reading the excellent TrustPilot reviews.
I can only say that the guys' service was beyond expectations. Ross phoned me in the morning with his anticipated arrival time (on time); explained in simple terms what the job entailed, got on with it with no mess. Extremely helpful and friendly.
There were some issues with the boiler itself, and after phoning the office, colleague Craig took the time to come out from Dalkeith to Edinburgh, analysed the problem and provided a current fix as well as as solution which we will arrange soon.
I was so impressed with their work, attitude and reliability and would most definitely recommend to others. Thanks so much, Gents.
