The experience has been very positive and I have adapted to wearing my hearing aides very quickly. I have some issues with the app and it is frustrating. Lachlan was very professional and knowledgeable in guidance and choices for what would suit me best.

Originally I was not happy with my hearing aides. I could not tell any difference with them in or out but after a visit to have the aides tested and re-tuned, I am now finding a big difference although I am still getting used to them. The audiologist was patient with me and gave me a call the following week to see how I was coping with the aides. I have another appointment next week to follow up.

I am having issues with the fit of my devices combined with the use of a covid mask, I was told that because of my level of hearing loss I may not be happy with another device.

I am really happy with the result for buying my hearing aids, after being ripped off by another company, I found this process through Hearing Choices was so much easier, respectful and the consultant who I dealt with listened to my needs. I was so happy, that I have referred a friend's husband who needs hearing aids as well. Works better than expected thanks for your help

I have a major problem with face mask when removing them also removes Hearing aids. The battery indicator on the app goes from full to empty, there's no gradual decline. The aids work fine.
