I bought Widex Magnify (well that's what the app is called) and from day 1 they never worked properly. I bought them because I was led to believe they would be good for streaming music while I walked my morning 5-10k steps walk. What a joke. I walked out the door and within about 10 metres the bluetooth dropped out on the right channel! I contacted Widex and they told me to see my provider. Of course, they could not fix the problem as they are audiologists, not bluetooth experts. Onya Widex. Strike 1-5 as far as I'm concerned. Anyway, my audiologist replaced the hearing aids thinking they might be faulty. Yeah, Nah! Same problem. What I discovered is if I take my brand new Oppo Find N3 out of my pocket and hold it in my hand then the bluetooth wouldn't drop out. Go Widex! Of course, at this stage I'm being sarcastic. I agree to keep the damn things because I couldn't be bothered going through the hassle of getting something that actually worked!!!!!!! However, I have been trying to charge the things today and the left aid is fully charged after about 4 hours. The right aid is still charging 10 hours later! Widex! Not for me and I can't recommend you to anyone. I expect to return them on Monday for a full refund.

Bloom Hearing, Liverpool

Very comfortable with the initial hearing check conducted by Jordan, and quite satisfied with her help and asistance in organising the purchase of a pair of hearing aids. After the initial trial period Naidine was considerate of my needs, answering all my questions about usage, settings and after sales service. I never felt pressured to purchase.
Ultimately I consider that my purchase of Widex Moment hearing aids from Bloom Hearing, Liverpool is great value for the money.

Had my hearing tested and found I didn't have much hearing left. Got fitted out with hearing aides from ihear and now hear things I haven't heard in 20 years. Very happy with the procedeure and staff knowledgement.

My hearing loss ended in being…

My hearing loss ended in being industrial deafness. The information and support I received was excellent which has helped me to obtain my hearing aids at no cost through a Workcover claim. I highly recommend the people at Bloom Hearing Specialists for their friendly, professional manner and support.

Wonderful service from all IHear…

Wonderful service from all IHear Toronto. So happy with my new hearing aids.
Nothing was a problem all questions answered and the right aids for me recommended. No pushing to get more expensive ones just the ones that suited my needs.
Would highly recommend.

Bloom Hearing

Bloom was excellent. The consultant (Tom) was very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful, as were the reception staff.
Contact with Hearing Choices was mixed. Twice they confirmed my appointment with Bloom as 12.00, when, in fact, it was 09.00 hours - time difference between East and West Australia. Then, subsequent to my appointment, they kept calling me before 08.00, despite me telling them that I would not be available prior to 09.00 9the latest call was at 07.55 this morning (14/02/2022)

Found Hearing Choices via Google and was so happy with the service

Found Hearing Choices via Google. Filled in the form regarding what we were looking for. The answers were for my 92 year old Mother who is totally deaf in one ear all her life and the other ear has had a hearing aide for about 20 years. We were not satisfied with the quality of life this previous hearing aide was giving my Mum. So in desperation we filled out this form from Hearing Choices. We were impressed that someone got in contact with us after filling in the questionnaire and gave recommendations of Audiologists in our area. We contacted I Head and were quickly attended to with tests, fittings and recommendations for a quality hearing aide for Mum. She is learning to listen and to join in conversations again. It is wonderful to have my intelligent happy Mum back. Still some way to travel with teaching the brain to switch on and to be engaged once again. Like any muscle if you don’t use it you loose it. Thank you for being there with your service.
